It was next to a huge store called the Coop. Horrible location-road work everywhere making it hard to find. Car parking away from the hotel ($9 per night).

The breakfast is also really good quality. I will stay here again on my next visits. you'll have to carry your luggages up if your room is on the top floor since elevator only works up to the 2nd floor.

Bed was very comfortable and shower was good My room was next to reception and quite noisy with people talking outside the room.

We were not satisfied with the breakfast as there was very little options.

A little gem in Florence. Very classy at a good price close to the city.

Anika was exceptional, she was friendly and helpful every time we saw her. She gave directions, assisted booking a taxi and gave a teller recommendations to local restaurants. The room was comfortable and large. The shower is small. Very small. The stairs to enter are steep. The breakfast was basic, perhaps focus on a smaller selection carried out better. The pull out couch is very uncomfortable.

The staff was friendly. I stayed at the hotel for a week. And I didn’t realize that hotel had other room types with normal showers. I had a horrid shower, which was essentially fold out cracked doors. After taking a shower, the whole floor was covered with water. I’m not sure how I didn’t slip or injure myself. I can’t imagine an older or unstable person having this experience. There was barely any space to move your arms around on top of everything else. I wish I had realized that they have normal rooms and didn’t suffer for a week. Also, hotel’s location is not that great, pretty far from the center. A positive thing was a big shopping center across the street with a bunch of fresh produce.

The room was beautiful and comfortable and the staff was very pleasant and accommodating. The breakfast was not available in the hotel due to renovations, but we received vouchers for a nearby café--which we didn't use because it wasn't convenient. We had to leave an hour early for city appointments because the bus service was unreliable due to roadwork and holidays. However, we received a reduction for these inconveniences.

Breakfast could be better as it didn't taste that great or had variety of options.

The parking is not available on site, it needs a key to be accessed. It would be helpful to receive the parking map before arrival and substituting the key with a keyless pad.

The hotel was good value for money , clean , very comfy bed and pillows . The personal gave clear instructions and they were very polite. The breakfast was very good . The elevator is very convenient if you have a big suitcase. Everyone was friendly and accommodating . Thank you , we had a short but very good stay! There was nothing that we did not like .

The staff was very friendly and helpful. I had my mother staying at the place and she loved the room (very cozy) and continental breakfast.

The place has real Florence charm.

The promptness of the staff, the possibility to park safely, the delicious and varied breakfast. Uncomfortable extendable armchairs; in the suite the only windows available in the roof; some details deserve more attention for added comfort.
