The gentleman who checked us in was outstanding, very helpful and professional. The breakfast was rather tasty. This location is terrible unless your mode of transport has ony 2 wheels. I literally had to drive around for more than an hour to locate the hotel. Google maps kept taking me to dead-end roads repeatedly. The street the hotel is o, has a ridiculous numbering system and the numbers are out of sequence so Google really is useless for navigating older areas of Florence. To top off the madness there was neither cold or hot water in the morning to shower et.The cause of the water outage was never explained. I recommend never staying in an old-town area in any Italian city or village. Stay outside the city center, possibly near a train station to avoid the chaos of driving your car to those restricted locations.

I wish the property would have warned us about the construction right outside. It was very difficult to come in and out via car and by foot.
-
It was a nice stay, a basic B&B if you’re aiming for that, spacious rooms for sure Shower box was tiny and I am a small guy Would’ve definitely gotten it at a cheaper price if it wasn’t a last minute booking

The hotel was conveniently located and walkable to all sites we wanted to see in Florence. It was nice to have an elevator with the luggage. There was filtered water available. Breakfast was simple but good. The beds were too firm for all of us.

The location was great, close to the train station, lots of sites, and restaurants. The breakfast was excellent! Our room worked well for the three of us. The shower was a bit small.

The noise coming from the street could wake you up very early. Though the location is good and close to all tourist locations, walking to the train station takes quite amount effort on such a Florence typical narrow sidewalk.

Decent location The pictures online are a false representation of the property - also we booked a “ junior suite “ and were charged junior suite money but they jammed us all in ONE room like a hostel. SIX people to one room and bathroom ! Their “ American breakfast “ was apples and oranges with some packaged and processed pastry. We were very disappointed and would never stay here again.

Great breakfast. Location is perfect. everything is walking.
-
Great beds. Loved the filtered water available at all times. Tiny bathroom. Tiny shower.

Trying to drive through the streets.

Great location, was able to walk from the train station to the hotel, room was lovely, quiet and comfortable. Breakfast good as well. Liked the water station and refrigerator in the room as well. From the hotel was able to walk to all the places I wanted to visit. Would like coffee machine in the room, but was OK with coffee in the breakfast room

I think the price covers the location, not so much of the facilities. There was not even a bottle of water. There is elevator until 2nd floor and then you need to enter a code to enter the place and then you need to walk up a flight of stairs if your room is on the 3rd floor. Toilet smelled a bit.

No lift/elevator to the rooms. No staff to get your luggage to your room or down again for checkout (given you have to take all your luggage upstairs and downstairs).

The location of the property was excellent Coming from America, the lack of space to place your stuff in general, little side table but not drawers, etc. And the. shower was so small that it felt kind of a cosmonaut’s experience but in general the hotel was great

The location was perfect! The breakfast left a lot to be desired. The 'scrambled eggs' were hard and chunky, very overcooked. The coffee machine was experiencing some issues, but we were able to get them to make us a coffee behind the counter, which was nice. The first night, we got very hot in the room. We left the window open slightly on the second night, with the curtains closed over it. Lots of street noise from below, but definitely slept better the second night as it was a little cooler.

Perfect location and clean. Nothing.

The very small shower. My wife and I could not move our arms before heating the shower doors. We had to open the sliding doors completely to shower. We raised the issue with the lady at the front desk during check out but the lady said there is nothing they can do

Location, friendly staff and clean rooms.
