Centrally located close to every attraction of Florence, clean apartment we enjoyed our stay

Would be nice to have breakfast on site, but not a huge issue.

The people working there were so helpful and could not have been any nicer or welcoming.

Location was perfect. Great service and communication. The room was spacious and clean. Shower was tiny. Additional mirror/vanity in the room would be helpful.

I loved the closeness to everything, the staff was very accommodating and the room was clean as well as well kept A little too hot the room , but it was a heatwave!

We really enjoyed staying here. We had the 2-bedroom apartment. It was very spacious and had everything we needed. The location was very convenient. It was so close to the Duomo and other sites. Getting in and out of the building was easy. We also enjoyed the breakfast. I would highly recommend it. If I had to say something negative it would be that they didn't give us any extra toilet paper. We went and bought a few rolls.

The air conditioning was great as it was sweltering the days we were there. Very clean. Nice staff. Breakfasts were very good.

We arrived and were quickly checked in. The building is old so be prepared for that. The elevator is small ( but that's how it is in Italy in old buildings) but I was happy that the hotel had one and was able to fit all our luggage. The staff was friendly and helpful and went out of their way to make us feel comfortable. When I explained about being unhappy with my room, the front desk quickly upgraded my room the next day to a two bedroom apartment. They even had my room cleaned even after the cleaning hours were over. So that was very nice of them. Again, the office staff made my stay happy and comfortable. The building is old and needs more upkeep and maintenance. The room I had booked had a weird smell in the bathroom but I was told that the pipes are old and the humidity can often bring out the smell. But they quickly fixed the issue by moving me to another room the next day. The room that I had booked originally looked much bigger in the pictures but I was disappointed with the size when I arrived. The room also faced the back with no open view. But again, that's not the hotel's fault.

It was very clean and comfortable for 3 people. It needs more outlets for electronics.

Great location. The staff was excellent. It was quiet and perfect place to rest between tours. Also close to Eduordo's Gelato shop! The AC was not working properly when we got there and during the first night. But did get fixed when I asked for assistance.

very nice & spacious room for 3 people. the staff were very thorough with instructions in case we got there past the check in time. clean, good AC. great location as well. the wifi was a little spotty at times but not bad.

Worth being mindful that location for breakfast is at a café just around the corner and not on site.

So quiet & comfortable… had everything you needed and very central location.

Need a luggage table or something to put up.

The location. Only one key, even if we’re two people; this is inconvenient.

Having an elevator was great but that was negated when we had to go down two flights of stairs once opening our room door.
