The location was fantastic! The view of the street with restaurants, shopping, etc., was great. The security was excellent. The air conditioning was great! The only refrigerator was a small community space. All guests shared the same refrigerator. With this being a Bed & Breakfast, we felt that breakfast should be included. Breakfast was an additional charge. We stayed in a room right next to the office desk. Next time, we would like a different room.

The location is amazing. I enjoyed staying in the room becase it has a lot of space, cool bed. The window view to a small yard. Beautiful palace with the elevator. The staff is really nice and helpful. Thanks to the girl receptionist, who told and described everything very well to us. Hope she will become a huge person in art industry. Thanks to the housemaid to assist us with city tax, cause we should leave 2 hours before the reception starts to work. The reception hours, we havent been aware by the property that city tax shoud be paid only in cash. The shower door and the door to the bathroom were demaged, so it wasnt very comfortable to use it.

I was happily surprised with how quiet and private my room felt. Everything was clean and worked well and I loved the view over the garden and the unique long history of the building . The elevator is so helpful too.

Location was great! Dark and had a slow small elevator. Lots of stairs. Breakfast wasn’t great for the money. Soaps and toiletries were small or nonexistent.

Excellent Not easy to open the front door
-
Simple, very clean and well maintained, in an historic building. It’s not fancy, but it’s very traditional Italian. If you’re only in Florence for a few days and plan to be out and about much of your time, this is about as good as it gets. Nothing

Nice location and large room; large windows; air conditioning worked well Some maintenance needed in bathroom and on front door lock; shower could have been cleaner

The street-facing room was quite loud late into the night (until around 2–3 am), and early morning noise from housekeeping was also disruptive
-
Great location, great room, everything you need to stay a couple of nights. Breakfast was good value and very convenient.

Wonderful location, all major sites hoped to see were walkable. Very clean and the staff were very kind and helpful. Also- the gelato place across the street is delicious. If you are coming from another country and using a SIM card and cannot make or receive calls with your phone number, you MUST check in while staff are there. Late check in requires a phone call to open the door.

I did like that. It wasn’t a very good location walking distance to every store eatery What I didn’t like is there was? I don’t know if he was the owner. We paid him for the six dollar tax fee in the evening. I guess he didn’t report it so we were asked twice the next day for our money and he never said that we paid him. He was very rude.
