Numa Florence Rodo

Location and the luggage storage was great. No restroom in reception. Lighting in bedroom was low.

Loved our stay at Numa Rodo. Our room was clean, and we were in the perfect location. My only complaint was that the air conditioning was set to a fixed temperature and didn’t cool the room enough. With the heat wave during our stay, I would have appreciated being able to lower the temperature to make the room more comfortable. Other than that, everything was excellent we had a great stay!

Location fantastic. Room had everything needed and more. On arrival greeted by lovely, helpful staff member. Breakfast and breakfast Location perfect Coffee machine, struggled at first with the pods ( my age and shacky hands didn't help ) standard coffee sachets with pods would be good. This gives the guest an option

This hotel was in a great location right next to the duomo. It was clean. The only thing that we thought was weird was that no one came to clean the room the entire time we were there. We replenished our own towels and toilet paper which they had in a closet for the guests which was nice.

the room was very hot because it does not have an ac only a small fan. Also the toilet seat was broken so it was a bit tricky to use.

Good location and speed WiFi They give us a wrong room. When we asked to change it they answered that the hotel is full dispite of our reservation for the normal room was made far in advance

Very easy check in and check out, and the room was clean. The luggage storage was a convenient option. Very centrally located, and just a walk away from the train station.

No air conditioning

The location is perfect, right in the center. There are lockers where you can leave your luggage, provided you collect it by 20:00 after leaving the hotel. When you make the reservation, you don't realize that it's a self-check-in place. When we arrived at the hotel, there was no one at the reception and we were very surprised. We also had to walk a long way with our luggage since we couldn't enter the area by car. But other than that, there were no problems with the accommodation.

Cleanliness, smell, ac dirty air

The hotel’s online booking system has poor security. It seems to be a target for phishing and data leaks, which puts guest information at risk. Email received during my stay: "We are writing to inform you of a recent security incident that may have affected your personal information. An unauthorized third party gained limited access to one of our systems, targeting both our company and our guests' data."

It was in the center of everything. We walked from the train station to Numa in 15mins-20mins very easy. Stores and shops and piazza 1min walk outside the door. Location was everything and the place was nice. The lockers in Numa were Fantastic we were able to drop off bags and wander around until room was ready. In our room the AC was barely working...now here's the thing once we got up dressed and left the room we forgot to tell management about it when we would get home it was too late to reach out to management so it was partially our fault because we never got around to reporting it so they could check it out so I don't blame Numa too much. Outside of that the place was really good!

Parking was 40€ not 25€ as listed. But very convenient

I thought breakfast was included, but it would be extra. No problem The location was great, but the direction & address was not clear. It was a challenge to find the hotel. Once there, I had to call to get clarification on how to get to the room. It was one of those self-service hotel. The room was fine, except that it was very warm. AC was not cooling. Better direction, especially for tourist. Let customer on how to get arround especially when car is not allow.

Location First room smelled awful, the second room felt like a sauna. We suffered for two sleepless nights.
