If I could have given 10 stars, I would have in a heartbeat! First of all, I have OCD big time. Before I ever put my luggage down in a room, I clorox everything. For the first time ever, I didn't have to clorox my way through our room. Our room, the shared areas inc. the kitchen, dining room & even the lobby were absolutely spotless. But honestly what we felt was the absolute best part about staying in this amazing B & B, was the staff. Roberta, llaria, Augusta, Chiara, & Natalie were not only friendly, they literally were there to help us with anything & everything we needed. This included reservations, recommendations, sightseeing suggestions, even opinions on what to do & when to do them. Everyone worked so hard to literally cater to our every need. To say that they all went above & beyond is a huge understatement. We have been home almost a week & Roberta is still graciously helping us try to find a gift bag that was lost in the Florence airport when we departed. Not once were we ever made to feel like we were bothering them, although we probably were quite annoying especially with our health issues. Every single day we had the absolute pleasure of getting to know everyone that had a hand in taking amazing care of us. Everyone here strives & bends over backward to help make your stay enjoyable, memorable, comfortable & relaxing. They made sure that we had everything that we needed at all times. Honestly, we are the ones that are truly blessed to have been able to stay at Peruzzi Urban Residences. The location, the room & most of all Roberta, llaria, Augusta, Chiara, & Natalie where what made sure our memories will last a lifetime. I truly miss these wonderful ladies already! I wish them the very best & we are so grateful to have met each of one of them. I hope we will one day be able to return to Peruzzi Urban Residences! Until then, with all our gratitude, Don & Melissa We stayed in a wonderful location in the city center. One or two or our nights, the people in the street were a little loud down below at night. Honestly though, if noise is an issue for you, then you should probably not stay in Florence. This is a very walkable city & most people are walking to & from where they need to go. Unlike in the States, people walk more, ride bikes & use Vespas & motorbikes. People walk to and from work, home, attractions & restaurants. The building that houses Peruzzi Urban Residences was built in the 15th century I believe. So if noise is an issue then, don't stay in the City center.

Roberta was outstanding. The location in the heart of Florence is incredible! And the facilities and room were amazing. Highly recommend!!

The rooms toward the street can be noisy at night so bring earplugs if you’re a light sleeper.
-
Great breakfast and beautiful lobby and breakfast area. They offered wine from their winery in the evening and they keep out sweet treats all day. The staff was incredibly nice and helpful. Room we stayed in was very large. The beds could have been a bit more plush. It was a pretty hard bed which is fine but not like a typical plush hotel bed. We had the room next to the breakfast area so it was loud in the morning, starting as early as 7am.

The bed was just a bit too hard for me but my husband was very comfortable.

Leonardo and Ilania made me feel like I was family. They were attentive to any needs and shared great information on the city. The facilities are centrally located, beautiful , clean , everything you need - courtyard is a bonus . Staff creates an immediate sense of community with their residence - offering always available coffee, fruit, water and a great breakfast Residence has old world charm with modern amenities - five star service at a competitive price -where the staff goes the extra mile and is always accessible! Great for couples , solo travelers , families - great for all . You feel safe relaxed and welcome. My son is setting abroad in Florence and I will be back! Likely multiple times! I didn’t like that I had to leave!!

Roberta is a wonderful concierge and all the staff I met were extremely helpful and kind. I was given lots of recommendations for things to do/places to eat. The room and common areas were nicely decorated and very clean. Breakfast was very nice- lovely fresh orange juice. There was 24 hour access to snacks, mineral water, tea/coffee in the communal kitchen. The room was surprisingly warm in winter for an ancient tower! It was a very memorable stay. I would definitely come back! The bathroom could be updated a bit. Would be nice to have a bath.

Everyone was very accommodating and made you feel right at home. Also the location was perfect. Everything was in close range and easy to reach. We will definitely be back.

Fantastic location. Historical property. Wonderful staff. Large room. Access to water, hot drinks and snacks all day. Nothing

The location and the hospitable staff. Breakfast is also great! Very convenient that we were given access codes ahead of time.

Great location and staff is great. Roberta and Natalie were always very helpful. Nothing

Loved the location of this hotel. Roberta was super helpful in booking reservations for dinner, arranging taxis and giving us helpful and historical information. The staff was great. Breakfast was so good!
-
Location was great, very central and walkable to main sights, but just off the main road so wasn’t noisy at all. Roberta was so sweet and helpful, the staff at breakfast were also super friendly. Having a small breakfast laid out in the morning was a delight as well. Room was large, lovely decor, lots of space to lay everything out, everything was very clean. Shower temperature was a little bit finicky, you’d have to monitor the tap pretty closely to get your ideal temperature throughout. Not a deal breaker though and you’d ultimately still get a hot/warm shower.

This home away from home was an amazing experience. All the staff from the front desk to the hospitality staff to the cleaners are all so impressive, warm & welcoming. The place itself is huge and covered in history. The staff are a credit to the owner. We definitely have to come back to this place. There was nothing that we didn’t like.

Very nicely decorated, clean, inviting, perfect location. The staff is superb, very attentive , perfectly organized. Breakfasts are great too. I loved to have a glass of vine one afternoon with Roberta, the manager. It was fascinating to hear about the history of the building and the owners. I highly recommend these beautiful apartments.

Loved the location. It was walking distance to everything. The breakfast was excellent with eggs, meats and delicious fresh bread. It was nice having access to the kitchen and coffee. Staff was super friendly and helpful. They offered great suggestions for restaurants and sites. Our room was very spacious. The bed was comfortable. The air conditioning is was not great. It was a bit warm in our room but that’s standard in Europe.

Clean, big rooms, friendly staff

It was, indeed, a home away from home. Exceeded our expectations. Felt like we had a private villa with an exceptional staff, (almost) all to ourselves. The location was perfect, just steps from Santa Croce, a few more steps to The Duomo and the Uffizi. The check in instructions couldn't have been more concise and understandable, breakfast was delicious. Highly recommend.

Great location. Charming atmosphere. Well appointed amenities. Roberta was an outstanding host; she made excellent recommendations for local dining. I selected this property randomely - site unseen - from Booking.com and I could not have been happier with it.
