welcome by staff, room space, general comfort, lication there was no bidet nor could the showerhead be detached in substitution of bidet, bathroom was very small/tight, soap offered was not effective for cleansing, there was water leakage from shower, could not close window shutters to darken room and shut out street noise could not be closed, management staff of parking offered was not friendly and expense high.

The owner was very helpful and a wealth of knowledge. They provided a map which they marked out all the main attractions on for us and what buses would take us where we wanted to go. They were very accommodating with luggage storing it for us on day of departure. They were incredibly pleasant and met us with a warm welcome each day.

Very clean. All you need with microwave. Fridge, water pot, good shower. Quiet air conditioner. Lots of keys to deal with. V near train station.. Door key tricky. Area not the best but near station and airport tram..

A short walk from the tram stop and the railway station. The owners live on the premises. Comfortable bed clean and simple furnishings ,kettle etc. No breakfast but cafe on the next corner or Santa Maria Novella museum. Hosts could not have been kinder or more helpful...... Wallet pickpocketed at the airport tram station ( so be 100% alert no matter how tired and flustered you may be) However for every bad person in this world there are many more good people. Our host phoned his friend at the police station and then escorted us there , introduced us etc. When we left ( to go on to Siena) gave us a bottle of very nice wine.

The owner is so helpful and kind! It’s also really easy to get to from the train station if you’re just in Florence for a few nights. It was a little noisy being near the door to enter the building

From the first communication to arrival the owners were ultra friendly and helpful The room was large, warm (it's winter) and clean Also in a convenient location near the station and easy to walk to all attractions. Would definitely stay here again when in Florence. Oh did I mention the friendly and helpful owners!! So lovely!!!
