The place was beautiful and clean. It was centrally located which was great. The staff was also great and very helpful.

Wow what a beautiful, unique place to stay, Ulrike is the perfect host, very knowledgeable and friendly and answered all questions we had , we were celebrating two big birthdays and were given a bottle of bubbles to celebrate, that was such a kind and thoughtful gesture, such a comfortable room with everything you need , perfect location and short walk to train station, would definitely recommend Nothing

3 main things (Can comment about Diva suite only) 1. No sound isolation almost at all 2. Common soap dispenser for all guests, so I had no idea with what Im washing my hair 3. Ants in the bathroom...We were travelling with the baby and cleaned his milk bottles before the night, next morning I found ants in these bottles. That was not fun at all...

Highly recommend. Ulrike is a fantastic host. Nothing is too much trouble. Lovely comfortable rooms within walking distance of the historic centre of Firenze, yet quiet and peaceful.

Very good

The location is perfect.Spacious bathroom. Cold, Uncomfortable, and Misleading We were "upgraded" due to construction noise, but the so-called Mirrors Suite was no suite at all. The mirrors made sleeping impossible, and light leaked through the small curtains and blinds. The room was freezing despite following heating instructions. After catching a cold, I dreamed of a hot shower -only to be hit with ice-cold water after 30 seconds. The owner had no idea why the heat wasn’t working but casually reminded us of a hidden €36 tax at checkout... On the second day, I messaged the owner asking not to clean the room as I had lost a small part of my ring and wanted to find it. Her response? She hadn’t noticed my message on time. The "new" mattress-as stated with a wide smile? Dated March 2019. The bed frame? Broken and taped together. The air smelled of mildew.We never had such a horrible bed to sleep at so that's how we decided to uncover it totally before check out..We were shocked as the only important matter to us was an extra comfy bed.It was confirmed on a phone call before booking the place by the same extremely persuasive 'salesperson'-Ulrike- the owner. Ulrike could sell sand in the desert... At checkout, the owner smiled like an Oscar winner and lied about the bed’s condition.She said that the bed is new... If you’re in your 20s and just here for the mirrors, maybe you’ll survive ... Otherwise, stay elsewhere.

Beautiful room, excellent location

Beautiful host and very beautiful and historic property in the best location. Very central and everything was walking distance. Great option for fun family and friend trips.

Everything was wonderful! Ulrike was such a wonderful host; friendly, knowledgeable, warm, and welcoming. Also she was very responsive to our texts for any questions we had. Highly recommend this place.

The location was ideal to all the city attractions. The host and staff were friendly, helpful with suggestions and went out of their way in assisting us with transportation. Room was quirky and perfect for what we were looking for. I would highly recommend! The bed was a little uncomfortable, but it is difficult to please everyone. It could just be our old bones?

Communication with Ulrike was excellent, she was very helpful and kind. The property is in a great location and is beautiful and the bed was really comfortable!

I loved my stay here. Ulrike the host, is absolutely wonderful. Due to a delay from our airline we needed to arrive a day early and Ulrike was able to accommodate us. She stayed up to let us in when we arrived after the check-in time. She was also very informative showing us the best places to eat, ATMs, Sites to visit, and how to get around. The location is in the center of the everything making it easily walkable. Our room had everything that was needed from a coffee set with hot water to a multiple plug converter. A True Gem ? of traditional Florence Style. Breakfast was suppose to be included on the booking which it was not. There was even a picture of a breakfast room on the listing site. The pictures of the room online show the garden patio which led me to believe you could access it to have a coffee there. Our room had a view of the garden, but it is only accessible when booking the family room.

Room was very small and luggage handling was annoying

The property was a great size for the 3 of us and convenient to walk to many sites, markets as well as the train station. Ulrike, your hostess, is hands on at the property if ever you need anything.

The room was beautiful, staff to receive us were super helpful and so nice! Room relation to town was great. Would stay again and recommend to friends! The door handle was hard to use - receiving staff did notify us of this and help us problem solve.
