Its location in Piazza S Spiritu is convenient to all parts of Florence. The Church ( well kept Michelangelo secret ) , the restaurants, and the peaceful vibe made it a wonderful place! Nothing

Staff was friendly and very helpful. We really appreciated the help and advice as we checked in. We had a two bedroom room which was great for our family. The rooms were large and had coffee makers and refrigerators. The neighborhood was very walkable and felt safe and not touristy. The restaurants on the square outside were filled with locals enjoying themselves and a farmers market. We walked to all the major sites and walked to great restaurants nearby. The place is not fancy, but I would still recommend it.

Loved the room, comfortable large bed, attention to detail and quiet! Great bathroom! It felt very safe and was well located. Free bottled water outside my door was a life saver! Definitely would stay again! Nothing!

In old world piazza - with lots of good restaurants nearly - minutes from the crowded parts of Florence. Apartment is beautiful - clean & comfy - if a little expensive! Staff The bed near the living room needs a light curtain to separate from the sofa & relax area - which can give some privacy and be easily pulled back if needs be.

This was a great place to stay. It's located a little bit away from the hustle in the center of a beautiful plaza with several resturants and nearby gelato. The room was very nice with a lot of space, comfortable bed and nice bathroom. The owner met us upon arrival and gave us a full tour and was also very helpful with providing an overview and map of the main city attractions and resturants. This was very helpful! He also helped us arrange transportation and was very responsive if we needed anything. This was a great place and I would highly recommend!! There is nothing we didn't like about our stay :)

Super clean and spacious and in an amazing area. Everything is walkable with many restaurants right at your door but the walls are great and your room is quiet. The host was lovely and even gave us coupons for free coffee and croissants and recommended restaurants. Even providing us a map with circled good local eats! Additionally the room had water, drinks, snacks, cups and so on making the vacation that much easier! Nothing !

The location was perfect for restaurants in the Piazza and there was a flea market every day. The apartment manager was full of information and very helpful anytime we had questions or needed help with something. Highly recommend this area. N/A

AC didn’t seem to work, though it was April, so it wasn’t too warm. Still we like a cool room to sleep in.

Best location! A little bit of a walk to the center of the city but it is next to a church with a large plaza and lots of restaurants right next to us. At night it can get loud outside but the double windows kept most of the noise out and didn’t affect our sleep. Bonus fact- there is a water dispenser in the check in area which was so so nice!

Beautiful area with a great view to the courtyard outside the church. The host was phenomenal and gave us so many tips for things to do. I would 100% stay here again for my next visit
