When housekeeping arrived they just threw water on all the stains and wiped it with a rag. The unsanitary conditions of this establishment caused me to seek accommodations elsewhere. The staff was unhelpful in recovering a refund for the inconvenience Highly would recommend driving past this place and staying else where

Room air conditioner leaked inside the room. Luckily I wasn't hurt when fell in the middle of the night when I got up to use the bathroom on the water. Very noisy.

The location was convenient to I-95. My son walking barefoot in the room turned the bottom of his feet black. It definitely needs to be mopped. The seal around the entrance door is practically non-existent. There was light and noise pouring through all day and night. The A/C unit leaks water onto the floor the whole time. While the beds were soft we all woke up with mysterious bug bites on us. The person who checked us in was pretty indifferent. She wasn't unpleasant but the personal phone call while being checked in was unprofessional. The lady I had at checkout was very nice. She stopped watching a TV show to check me out.

This is a mixed review as the hotel was under renovations when we went there and we needed up cancelling our reservation once we arrived. The lobby/ buffet area had stacks of paint cans, and smelled of chemicals. I went to check out our non-smoking room, and the neighbor was sitting in the doorway smoking directly next to ours. The room had a strong chemical/paint smell as well with white powder (pest control?) all around the perimeter of the floor. We cancelled our reservation as there is no way we would have been able to comfortably breathe, yet sleep in there. I gave a higher rating to the front desk clerk who was understanding and promptly canceled our reservation despite a no cancel clause. Maybe, it will be a nice quick stay for some but beware that some rooms may not yet be habitable for others.

The mattress was comfortable When I arrived the owner checked me in she was rude AF!!! We were only allowed one towel per person and you had to take your dirty towels daily to the front office for new ones at anytime. The next was told only between 9am-3pm. Our room was not serviced one time in the three days we were there. We did not put a do not disturb sign out so our room should have been serviced. Our trash was never taken out in three days. We had to clean our own room.

Next to Gas Station and highway. We celebrate smoking room unknowingly and smell my kids don’t like, but it was luxurious for given price. Breakfast options are limited but for given price it is Good. Coffee machines broken in my stay. Coffee machines are not working when I stayed.

Room smelled strongly of smoke, the major issue was the very rough crowd of people staying there who were congregating in the parking lot and sidewalk. They were drinking and smoking (not just tabacco either). There was even someone urinating in plain sight on the sidewalk next to our room. We did not feel safe staying there with our kids. Needless to say we left and found another place to stay. The front desk stated booking.com would reach out to confirm we did not stay there and then i would get a refund. However I am still fighting to get a refund but days inn will not respond to my inquiry or booking.com. not happy with any aspect of the experience.
