Computer systems were down but your staff made the check in easy without a problem. Rooms were clean with plenty of towels. We checked in at about 5pm and the rooms weren't ready which was disappointing but they allowed us to leave our bags in the room and came back later after dinner. No one at the desk when we checked out at 5:30am so not sure if it was staffed or not.

Used the pool heated room not a heated pool…. But it was great anyway. I will stay again. Nicely priced didn’t have breakfast but smelled delicious!

From the time I walked inside to check-in, everything was perfect. The atmosphere, cleanliness, and check-in staff. I was immediately greeted. Once in my room, I received a text message from staff making sure everything was okay and told me if I needed anything, I could text them. The room was very clean & comfortable. There wasn’t anything I didn’t like.

I like the Tesla charger over night.

Proximity to beach A pair of my wife's shoes were missing from our room . We let the front desk know with a picture of them in the room & Nothing was done !! Very disappointing

Great stay for my family, as we visited for a baseball tournament in the area. Was convenient location near the complex. Continental breakfast was great each day. We enjoyed the pool, and my son really enjoyed playing pool in the lobby. All in all, very pleased with our stay.

Room was very clean and staff was wonderful.

The beds were super comfy, A/C was ice cold just how we like it! The hand soap and body wash has an amazing smell and lathered up really well. The staff were super nice, shouts out to Michele she was so sweet and helpful. Breakfast and enough options to choose to not have to spend extra money, every option were so delicious and the toppings were an added plus. I will definitely use this hotel again next year for our family gathering.

Comfortable room. Close to the interstate and dining options. Breakfast and coffee were mediocre.

The staff were very friendly, welcoming, and informative from check-in to check-out. They made sure I had everything I needed and answered all of my questions. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and exceeded my expectations. I would definitely stay here again. I didn't have any major complaints. My stay was enjoyable, and the staff made the experience a positive one.

Right off of 95, love the chairs outside in the little fire pit with the grill. Love everything about the place. The staff was very nice and the beds were very comfortable. The only thing that I didn’t care for these we came in late and we didn’t realize that there was dried coffee stains on the floor that I guess the housekeeping didn’t see when cleaning. It was too late to call the office and say anything.

The breakfast was good but I had to wait a long time while they refilled empty entrees. Coffee was also a long wait. It was frustrating how long the wait was for coffee and breakfast. Hearing people late at night and the noise from outside… the walls don’t seem to be insulated for sound. Having to wait so long in the morning for coffee and breakfast.
