The property was super clean. I can’t believe that I slept for two nights. Unbelievable!!! The food was good. The baked cookies were so good.

Breakfast was not as good as it had been in past years. I am gluten free and I missed the fresh fruit and choices were limited.but at least there was gluten free toast. My main problem was about four hours of delay to check in. We got there a little after three and got in about 7 and had no TV. that worked .There was difficulties with the curtains and they did not go down so we had lights from outside shining in the room all night..We were so tired we did not sleep well. In the middle of the night, the TV started glowing and had apparently finally turned on. In the morning, my husband discovered how to drop the curtain, and it fell down with a bang and ripped. Fortunately,, the shade did not hig him in the head. The TV sound did not go on when it was turned on and wake me up too.We stayed three times at Hampton Inns this trip. For the price, the quality of the food and variety is down and comfort, has diminished.The staff was very good but they were waiting for hours to get permission to check in the guests with paper and pen.We are very concerned about our lack of choices for good hotel experiences. A corporation that shows a lack of consideration, should all a manager autonomy to act in the best interest of the customer. This staff pulled together to service all of us as best they could.

Location, breakfast and comfort was fine. 75 usd pet fee. Dirty carpets in 4 th floor passage.

We stay at this house when we travel north or south on I95. It is consistently good with friendly staff and a nice breakfast. Bonus is the restaurant next door. Julia Belle, which serves good low country cuisine.

Clean, comfortable place to rest on the road trip from the Northeast to the Southern US. Everything was great

Stayed in a suite that was very spacious, clean, and well kept. Most of the staff were pleasant and friendly. Breakfast didn't offer grits - which is unusual for the South.

Beds were clean and comfy, quiet location, breakfast was great

We were there briefly. The indoor pool and hottub burned our eyes just being in the room. The chlorine was rough.
