Days Inn by Wyndham Florence Near Civic Center

After the 3rd try- finally got a room! First one smelled like weed! Second one was already occupied! Third time a charm- however tv worked at night but in the am sound but no picture!!

Clean enough for a one night sleep. Staff was professional. Great value for one night sleep. Breakfast was bare bones: cereal, yogurt, waffles, and apples. Enough to be able to hit the road.

Terrible, smell of garbage in the hallways, very poor breakfast, few towels, bed that makes a springy noise when you move at night. I've never stayed in such a bad place. The room floor was dirty and sticky. And I even paid $100 to stay there.

It was close to 95 and goid restaurants around to choose from Pool was not open ( 1 reason i booked) Bathroom was not the cleanest shower was disgusting Breakfast was limited ( no juices , no eggs bacon nothing except cereal fruit cups and 1 waffle maker)

Bugs in room. Front desk never answered the phone so there was no way to communicate with staff. I was told that the room I was put in was booked for the last 7 days and they just “missed” something on their end.

Hotel has very few towels, housekeeping complained everytime we asked for an extra. Blankets on bed are non existent, we had to go buy a comforter at target and the cashier at target stated they sell a lot of comforters to people staying at this hotel. Room floors were so dirty my feet were black from day 1. The pot smokers that smoke in the rooms (that are all non-smoking rooms ) are plentiful. Floors in room popping up making tripping hazards right next to bed. Bathroom was definitely not a remodel and was just a paint over the garbage underneath. Had to have shower curtain rod fixed within first 2 seconds of walking into room, shower kept dripping with water all the way off and kept everything in the bathroom very wet including floors, walls, and toilet.

My room didn't have a remote in it but the lady at the front desk went out of her way and found me one she was real nice.

Staff was super responsive but fighting an up hill battle. Facility was the problem. Disappointed at the renovation. Bathroom leaked in the first room. Worn out despite the claimed Reno.

Location Clean, remodeled, but still shows major wear. For the price not a bad deal.

I had to change my room twice . First room the covers on the bed was dirty and had a whole in the bathroom door . The second room it was mold all over the ceiling and on the lamp covers. Third one was ok . Not the best .

Bathtub drain took a long time to drain water out

I wouldn’t recommend, pretty beat down property. Not the best clientele
