The location was great. Fernanda, the host, was wonderful and passionate about the city and our experience. Having a private fridge would have been nice but it wasn't a deal breaker.

The bed and breakfast was comfortable and convenient, and everything I needed for a short stay in Florence, and Fernanda was exceptionally helpful and kind. She was very responsive over text and offered many helpful sightseeing recommendations.

Fernanda was a wonderful host. She met us upon arrival and gave us a tour of the apartment and explained how everything worked. She gave us great advice on things to see and was always available for questions. The apartment felt like a home away from home. nothing

The location was great—a short walk from the train station and within easy walking distance to many of the famous museums and churches. The room was charming with an updated bathroom and a full kitchen down the hall. Our host, Fernanda, was very welcoming and gave us useful information on navigating the city. The stairs were a bit steep if you have any limitations in climbing stairs.

We rented two rooms, they were spacious and comfortable. The host was very informative, communicative and welcoming. It gave us the feeling that a relative was welcoming us.

It was the perfect location in Florence to walk everywhere you wanted or needed to! We loved it so much There’s nothing we didn’t like. We’d book the room again every time!

Perfect location, an easy walk from everything you want to see in the incredibly walkable historic city. Our bed was comfortable and our window gave us plenty of natural light — but with an excellent motorized shade for sleeping in. The bathroom was everything we needed. Despite staying over on a Friday night in a lively city, it was quiet inside and we slept very well. Fernanda was a welcoming and organized hostess, making checking in easy and leaving our bags convenient. Her suggestions for getting out into town and seeing the sights were very helpful. She is knowledgeable about the city and its history and culture, and I appreciated her advice tremendously. Great value for what we paid! When I return to Florence, this will be where I stay again.

The property is in a great location. Easy to access all the main areas of Florence from here. Beautifully decorated and good facilities. Air conditioning was great and Fernanda was a fantastic host. This wasn’t a big issue, however it wasn’t greatly advertised that the apartment is shared with another room and a communal kitchen area. There are locks on the bedroom doors which solves this issue but it’s one to be aware of if you are a person who wants the privacy of your own space.

Its a room inside a house with a private bathroom and a shared kitchen. It was a friendly environment but still i would rather more privacy with a fridge in the room.

Location was convenient to the train station which we wanted. Fernanda was a kind and informative host. She provided us with a helpful map, coupons, and recommendations. She was always available if we needed any questions answered. A few times there was a sewer smell in the hallway upon entering the apartment.

Location is great and the host was awesome!
