Very clean, nice gym. Breakfast at the restaurant was excellent.

Nothing. The buffet breakfast was over priced $18.95 per adult. Couldn’t login to WiFi because there was an error message saying couldn’t recognize last name as username and room number for password. I didn’t want to call the front desk for help. The elevator sounded it was going to stop in the middle of going up and down, it had a grinding sound.

Elsa at the kitchen was always welcoming us and making sure that our breakfast experience was always wonderful, she made us feel like we were at home

Breakfast of any kind. Personally I’d choose elsewhere next time I have to stay here for work.

At 9:45 am we had water start pouring out of our bathroom fan. We called maintenance and they came up, but he said he “had to go check the other room” then we didn’t hear anything for an hour. Staff then told us there was nothing they could do.

Pleasantly suprised how this hotel is budget friendly but feels like higher quality hotel room. Great bath products!

Lobby air conditioning was not working

Super place to stay. I enjoyed everything about hilton. I didn't find a flaw. Outstanding sevice. Everything clean. Top of the line. Thank you for making me feel so comfortable.

The smell was musty/moldy and they kept the door open and the hotel was SO hot! Also, WHY would I pay $19 for powdered eggs and the cheap buffet when I can go to Denny's, or even have Denny's delivered for less?? This should not be charged.

I've stayed at many Hilton Garden Inns, this one was ok. Room wasnt ready well after time of check-in, the wait was not a super seamless check-in, but thankfully didn't take too long. The rooms are a little older than some of the other Garden Inns. The TVs dont have Netflix / streaming capability, which seems to be pretty standard these days. It's fine if you need to stay in the area for a night or two, but not exceptional.

Do not stay here! I found a roach in the restroom near my tooth brushes. Staff was not helpful at all when I reported it. They told me there was nothing they could do and said to call thay Monday

That was the worst experience of staying at a hotel in my entire life! There was a guest next door to us blasting their EDM music until 4:30am and I only slept for 1 hour. I went downstairs to tell the receptionist since they weren’t answering the phone and when they came to check, they said they couldn’t hear anything. My Wife and I actually heard other guests coming out of their rooms and yelling at them to turn their music off. The guests services didn’t even care and I probably would’ve slept better in my car. Never coming back to this dump of a hotel.

My warranty yet. I am at the 10th day in still waiting for my refund.
