Exelente hotel, llevo 4 años viajando y siempre nos hospedamos ahi.

Front desk Quietness ?

There was no cups of any kind in the room so so way to brush teeth. There was no ice machine and desk wasn’t allow to give any. therr was no coffee in lobby but staff did make some but they had no cups but staff looked for some and found mugs to allow patron to have coffee. This is one of the worst facilities i have ever stayed in

I know it’s a budget hotel but still was not cheap.

Everything! Since you entered it was very unorganized! Boxes everywhere! Walking down the hallway trash on the floor! Our room the bed was very uncomfortable i woke up with horrible back pain!! So much noise from people you can tell live in the hotel! It was just a horrible experience especially for the area it was located i would have expected better!!!!

Slept well, location is great, but needs better housekeeping, maintenance, phone didn't work, staff was great. Don't recommend staying here unless you need the extended stay & kitchenette.

No no breakfast

Location Extended stay had no pot, plate, spoon. No utensils! The stove and the fridge were there. I left my iPhone charger on the wall by the bed. Called within a couple of hours after checking out. Front desk said that the cleaning crew had not been to the room yet, to call back later. Called back later, they said to call back again. The next day I went in person and front desk said that the time to go into the room and check for forgotten things is before the cleaning crew goes in.

Affordable, regarding its in Lake Forrest. The room smelled weird, almost like urine

We mentioned spots of blood around the bed on the floor we asked for it to be clean. We came back. No one cleaned nothing.

Dirty

The fire alarm kept chirping, was told someone would be there in 20 minutes. Every time I checked another 20 minutes. 10:45pm, nothing fixed checked out

no coffee makers but they advertise we can get coffee makers. Other than that it was a decent hotel

The people at the front desk including Alvin were very helpful with an internet problem. Too little breakfast food

Night stay but there could be improvements. The restroom has mold on the shower walls. Health hazard! The night stand was missing a drawer. I’m sure that was because it was broken and the staff member removed it. Over all it’s fine. But it definitely need some work. Touch ups on furniture and remodeling.

Awful. Filed a claim to get a refund. Had to leave upon checking in due to health & safety concerns. Carbon monoxide alarm had been ripped out of the ceiling leaving exposed wires, filthy room, dog urine and a guest smoking marijuana in elevator, mold spores in shower on the ceiling.

Firstly, there was a nasty smell throughout the hotel. Then I get to my room and the fridge did not work. The cabinets were falling apart. I go to the bathroom and the fan is hanging off the ceiling exposing above. I look in the shower and the curtain is stained with who knows what. Lastly I go to lay down on one of the beds and there’s hairs(not mine) on the sheets. If you have another option that isn’t here, go there.

This is the dirtiest place I ever stepped into that why I didnt even bother staying after what I saw...Its disgusting cant even clean the rooms up..You shouldnt even be charging what you charge its not worth the price..It should only be like $50 a nite not worth more then that ?
