The kids in the 4th floor was crying the whole nigh and I did not able to sleep at all. I told the receptionist but she seems doesn't care at all
-
I loved the pool and the room was awesome as well. I didn't like that the breakfast didn't have eggs, bacon or sausage.
-
Nothing Elevator broke, icemachine broke, area filthy, room and hallways smells, outside filthy, staff never there, inside room sleep, and very unsafe
-
Breakfast wasn’t as good as previous stays.Mainly oatmeal and cereal some fruit. No eggs, bacon, sausage hash browns, grits previously at breakfast.
-
Very convenient the property need to upgrade the room kind of old and damaged
-
Everything was great, yet there was mold in my room and very old bed frame that's rusted Rusted items, Mold smell water temperature

The hotel is not maintained. Upon entry into the lobby the doors were dirty and not taken care of at all. It wasn't painted. You have to ring a bell to get staff attention cause they were in the office talking with friends. Shower handles were broken. Though i asked to fix the slow draining shower it wasn’t. Place needs to be completely cleaned up, painted and updated. I do not recommend for anyone to stay here

Very quiet and lovely for the money u spend.

The entrance was very clean and the customer service was immaculate. The night stand light was flickering when on, sink was stopping up, ironing board was broken, the desk chair wheel broke and tub stopper was broken. Clock or phone didn’t work

I loved that Mary did her best to accommodate me and my family so much I bought her flowers. There were roaches, the carpet smelled, the elevator didn’t work and the house keeping staff was horrible. I was so disgusted I left and went to another hotel. I had planned to stay there for a month but the accommodation were so bad I opted to pay more somewhere else.

The room had an active ant infestation. Ants were crawling throughout the room, and I documented the issue with photos and videos before reporting it. When i told them, they sent someone up to spray. Regardless of the cause, this is not the level of cleanliness or maintenance guests should expect. After my stay, I contacted Expedia customer service to request a refund. I was initially told I would receive $81.75, but the final offer was only $27—25% of my $109 room charge. The amount I was offered did not match what I had been told, leaving me frustrated with how the situation was handled. I understand that hotels can occasionally experience maintenance or pest issues. However, what separates a good hotel from a bad one is how those issues are resolved. In this case, I don’t feel the condition of the room or the resolution reflected an acceptable standard of customer service. If you’re considering staying here, I recommend inspecting your room carefully upon arrival. I hope management addresses the pest issue and improves how guest complaints are handled.
