the room was filthy with used soap and hair on the floor and sink the sheets where dirty on the bed and when I asked them to clean the room the front desk told me that housekeeping was not there and that she couldn't do anything about it

I arrived at midnight and the hotel elevator was malfunction there was no room available even though I had made a reservation a reservation with months ahead. I had to looked for another hotel at 2:00 AM

I enjoyed most of the staff due to their comfort hospitality & quick responses to my needs. I especially LOVED the receptionist Mary, such a doll & deserves a raise and weekend stay here! Also quick shout out to some calm & gentle beings, Jasmine/Sal/and maintenance manger. Thank you all greatly Not much to do close by the property; being next door to such a downer of a hotel; and not being able to spend an extra night there.
