Fort Lauderdale Grand Hotel

Great place to go for cheap prices. Pool was dirty. King room was big but room was dirty. Better maintenance!

This place is nothing like the pictures. Besides that it’s a shelter there’s a lot of people on drugs hanging around the from the parking to the lobby and the bloody room it’s absolutely disgusting Everything nothing was as it seems

It was good for the price

El hotel está descuidado, el personal de atención lento y parecía que te hacen un favor en lugar de una atención la habitacion con olor a humedad el baño descuidado holiendo a hongos la puerta del baño no cerraba aparte de estar rota las paredes rotas y mal arregladas las camas malas creo que los colchones tienen todo el tiempo que abrió el hotel en otras palabras no lo recomiendo se que el precio era cómodo pero ese hotel está para que este lleno al menos en esta temporada si invirtieron un poco y le tpresten atención a los servicios y arreglarlo un poco

I had a really disappointing experience.TJE AC NO WORKING. The pillows were uncomfortable, and even though the place was clean, it felt really old. The reception was also off-putting—the staff member seemed a bit grumpy. Overall, I wouldn't recommend it.

The staff very helpful and very NICE hate to say it but the hotel is a bit rundown . The walkways the out side graffiti . I'remember years ago music etc. But things change for a lot of reasons . SORRY

I ended up not even staying here, absolutely terrible. To begin with, I didn't feel safe since the moment I arrived. Next, I entered to check in, and the staff was extremely rude to me, plus the lobby smelled horrible. When I got to my room, it stank, the towels and sheets were dirty. Furthermore the bathroom didn't even flush. I ended up not staying here and went elsewhere, with no refund.

Ms tay the front desk was helpful My room ppl was looking into my room ppl was literally listening to my room it felt uncomfortable n not at peace

The stay was mostly quiet. I have to be more careful in booking because some traditional rooms don't have a refrigerator nor microwave; Which is what i had..Couldn't upgrade til my original booking ended. The room was clean and the staff was nice!

As the old saying goes you can't be cheap and good. So I booked an overnight stay at this property as soon as I walked in it was apparent this property was not in good shape physically. I walked to the pool landscaping was not taken care of a lot of loud children running around screaming. The lobby was not up kept I went up to check out the room it was horrible I was so tired I stayed overnight anyways. All through the night I heard loud noises from the train yard, loud cars people screaming stay away have a great day

entire hotel needs to be closed. The walls & tubs are peeling. There are stains everywhere. The red roof or motel 6 is better than this hotel.

Also the area doesn't look safe

Bathroom door wouldn't close toilet wasn't flushing properly The only good thing about the hotel was the design in the front

The afternoon shift they treated me no respect.

This room was a complete disaster. Parts of the ceiling were missing, the pillows were dirty, and the bed had a large dip in the center, making it very uncomfortable to sleep on. The microwave was covered in mold, the floor was dirty, the sink leaked water onto the floor, and the toilet did not function properly. The only things that worked correctly were the bathtub and the air conditioning. When I reported these issues to the front desk, I was told that this was all they could offer. Overall, the condition of the room and the lack of assistance made for a very disappointing experience.
