Fort Lauderdale Grand Hotel

This is the worst hotel I’ve ever been at. It’s disgusting. It’s all not old not maintained dirty. Don’t go to the hotel.

Close to highway and lots of parking

Lets start with saying Hotel Staff are good and try their best with what they have. When i got there Lobby looked nice entrance look ok, staff was welcoming and helpful. First room they gave me was a disaster water leaked out of the sink door was barely hanging for dear life no fridge, no microwave, ac worked bed was ok bathroom needed some love urgent. We let staff know about leak in our room and they were quick non hesitant to change us to another unit. Unit they changed us to was very good, Clean, smelled good, Had Fridge and Microwave. Tv and Wi-Fi worked. We slept good felt safe and comfortable. Overall Hotel was good and staff took care of guest. We were traveling by and it worked great after the misfortune with our initial room. Parking is big plenty of room and safe. Pool and recreation area looked very nice we didn't have enough time to use but it defiantly was very inviting. Great place just needs a bit of love and care. Thumbs up for all the staff.

Location Location amenities

The property is very out of shape if you disregard the lobby, which is set up nicely. The rooms are only poorly equipped and maintained. The door locks apart from the key card one were either not working or missing essential pieces to make it work.

I liked the daily housekeeping The cleanliness of the whole building needs ALOT of work. There was no microwave or fridge. The TV barely worked even after moving the antena. There wasn't anywhere to plug your chargers. The bathroom maintenance was poor. The pool wasnt the best

My entire stay was terrible. You got people smoking on stairs weed, my key card didn't wanna work, toilet in bathroom broken, I ask if they had a fridge and they said my room didn't require a fridge or microwave that I had to check on it before booking. Terrible receptionist
