The location of this hotel is great! The room did have a weird smell, but other than that, my one-night stay was great.

Clean room

Breakfast was packet grits- nothing fresh. We waited an hour and a half to get in. The WiFi didn’t work and there were hairs in my bed.

Only one night but right be everything Elevators we were stuck for 5 mins and when we brought it up the young guy at dear kind of smiled. Next morning we talked to a female and she said sorry and told us there is a weight limit and with luggage and bodies could have caused it

Super Clean They don't respond to calls or emails. I forgot my retainers and called almost all their facilities in Florida. Terrible experience!

Great location

We had to fold our own towels and wait nearly three hours for them to be washed and dried. The room smelled old, musty, and moldy, and several of the appliances had visible rust. On our last night, we even saw a roach in the room. The ceiling was leaking and had visible mold, which was very concerning. Housekeeping never cleaned our room, so we had to clean it ourselves. Our room key repeatedly stopped working, forcing us to return to the front desk multiple times. The hotel advertised breakfast, but it consisted of nothing more than prepackaged muffins, which was very misleading. To make matters worse, I booked three rooms, and one of them still had feces left in the toilet when we checked in. That level of cleanliness is completely unacceptable. Overall, this was one of the worst hotel experiences I've ever had. Between the poor cleanliness, lack of maintenance, unpleasant odor, pests, and poor customer service, I would never stay here again. They really need a to upgrade this hotel, NEVER AGAIN

Nothing The bedding was disgusting in the first room the the second room smelled so bad of cigarette smoke it was hard to sleep it would of been better sleeping outside

Location is good but they need to advertise the correct address on the website while booking so that it’s easier to get to the place There was no breakfast since all they had was sugary yogurt and cereal with banana and apple. This is not real breakfast since not all of us are on a diet!
