Hyatt Place Fort Lauderdale Cruise Port & Convention Center

Room was clean, breakfast was fair and staff was very friendly and professional. Omar at the front desk was wonderful. He was very welcoming, helpful and professional. Thank you Omar and the other staff at the front desk. I also appreciate the convenience of the shuttle service to the cruise port.

Rooms were clean, staff response was great, breakfast was Okay for the week of stay.

Great to have gluten free cereal at breakfast and alternative milks. Breakfast was really good, pool lovely, staff helpful and great location for restaurants and cruise terminals

The shuttle to the port was fantastic. Lots of restaurants within walking distance.

Exceptional

We arrived after midnight, but we're able to check in right away. We were greeted by a very professional and knowledgeable desk person who was very helpful giving us information about breakfast and also letting us know that water would be turned off for a brief while due to maintenance the following morning. She was great! The morning staff was awesome as well! N/A

Breakfast was also really good with a nice selection, which made our mornings easy and enjoyable. The location is very convenient, especially for getting around Fort Lauderdale and being close to the cruise port and other nearby attractions. Overall, we had a very pleasant experience and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

This place was great! . The staff was so friendly and always asking us if we needed anything. They have happy hour which was fun when we were waiting for the shuttle. The rooms were clean and the price was reasonable.

Close to the airport The staff were not welcoming, also the bed and pillows were not comfortable. The AC kept turning off throughout the night making it tough to sleep.

I highly recommends it to anyone wants stay or cruising. Very safe place ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Superb

room was very nice and spacious. Room was clean as was bathroom. Location is great and with walking distance to many restaurants. There is one at hotel, but we had very early morning checkout before breakfast hour began so I have no input as to food selection or quality the one downside is they charge for parking on property. I would prefer that the parking should be free if you are staying at the hotel and paying for the room

The room was spacious and very comfortable for a family of 5 I thought transportation from airport was included and it is not they sub contract to someone else
