Rooms were clean Dangerous location. Run down building. Staff is careless

Room was expensive. Room was outdated, the toilet was broken. No clock in the room. The room was just ok. Beds were comfortable. Vacuuming in the middle of the night was extremely loud and woke me up. Window lock was flimsy.

Just the right size for convenience Uber to port is less than shuttle. Parking on same lot great at 10 per day during cruise

The location to the cruise port is great! Very close. This hotel is beautiful and the bartender is soo nice! Nothing

Pool and outdoor area was great The shuttle to airport didn’t start running until 5 am. We needed it go earlier. I didn’t see anywhere what time it started until I asked at arrival. The front desk worker didn’t seem to care that it wasn’t early enough or offer any solutions.

Very conveniently located with tons of stores in walking distance. The hotel was clean, food very decent and the staff was excellent.

The staff here really upgraded the stay. While the hotel is a bit worn they were fresh and efficient.
