To start off I NEVER write reviews good OR bad but this property deserves one. TRUST the reviews go somewhere else!! The room was disgusting and I wrote them about this not even 5 hours into my stay. They chose to not accommodate or even move me to a different room (there were some vacant) the only highlight of this trip was the tub. I have every single last receipt of what went on. 1. Bug infested 2. Smoke detector constantly goes off at night 3. Water stains on the walls everywhere 4. Sticky sticky floors 5. Hair was on the bathroom floors prior to check in 6. Door code didn’t work

Loved the shower and location Missed a pool

The only thing i didn’t like was the limited access to the parking lot.

The water got luke warm at best so showers were quite unpleasant. The toilet and shower drain were backed up too. I reported the toilet, shower drain and water temp situation and they sent someone to check it out the next day. The backup in the toilet and shower drain were fixed but nothing changed on the water temp. Probably the most uncomfortable bed I have had in a hotel. I was there for two weeks for work and that was a long terrible two weeks! Also, this room was advertised for $75/night in Hotels.com, but after I booked it, the rate actually fluctuates from $56-$109/night and did not average out to the advertised rate, it was $105/night. (TOTAL $1,467.75 for 14 days) For the money, you can find much better accommodations elsewhere. Total was I do NOT recommend this hotel unless maybe you try some of their higher priced suites.

Location was good. Very loud neighbors. Expensive vending machine. Saw a mouse outside. Was double charged after I left

I liked the layout of the room, the upgrades, and the location. Some of the blinds were missing from the patio door. Also, there was mold on the HVAC vents that needs to be cleaned. Bed linen also had stains.

The room was nice and super clean. The contactless self check in was a little different, but it all worked out. It severed its purpose for the night before we left for our cruise.

The review includes responses from Expedia/ Hotels.com and the inability to resolve a dispute with the host property. It is clear to me that Expedia is more of an advocate for the host property then they are to the guest. Expedia's own admission that "After numerous attempts to contact the host property" they received " no response." Dispite this Expedia refused to resolve or to satisfactory address my concern. And ruled in favor of host without any input from them. Now about the host property review PRO'S Friendly housekeepers dynamic shower in bathroom Premium bedding CON'S Sparce furniture with little function (Minimalist Chic) No dresser, end table or storage. Does not honor "fully refundable" ( not sure if that is Expedia or host) Full rack rate during the off season Avoids conflict or disputes from guests. Does not respond to platform investigation (Expedia) of guests concerns That is all.

A little creepy with homeless out front as we arrived. Felt a little unsafe with other guests holding the doors open and not keeping the outer door locked.

Bed was comfy, AC was cold, room was clean. Shower was cold, did not get hot. I brought this to the attention of the hotel and they sent someone to "fix" it, then told me that the shower was working as intended and they were concerned if they turned it any hotter that i would burn myself. I am an adult man and perfectly capable of turning the temperature to a setting that doesn't bother me. I found the repsonse to my request to turn the water temperature up (it was room temp at best) absolutely ridiculous. This more than anything pissed me off. Fix the damn water I also ran out of toilet paper, and they did not provide enough towels. I also realized i was chatting to an AI chatbot and so there was almost no human interaction with the "staff". There was no door to the shower so the water just spilled out onto the floor and it was almost constantly wet throughout the stay.
