The Gym was well appointed. We held the US Rugby Foundation Hall of Fame dinner at the Hotel. It was well attended and the Renaissance staff did a nice job with the dinner. The room worked well for me.

We really enjoyed our stay. Literally right across the street from the convention center.

The staff at the hotel was very helpful in making changes to my reservation, and also when I called in to ask for help finding my sunglasses.

Breakfast was great, perfect location. Wonderful staff.

Gorgeous property, great locale, and friendly staff. Great shower. A/c in the room didn't work, and with hardwood floors everything echoed, as well as the doors opening and closing was really loud.

AJ at the front desk was a huge help, super nice. The room was super clean. Downside was the hot tub wasn't working and that's one of the reasons we booked here. We would definitely stay here again.

I like the hotel was very nice hotel but they needs work on customer service. They have some routes people work there on my experience. I have a bats customer service with bad attitudes.

The hot tub had black mold in the spouts, and when I filled it with cold water first to run the Jets to make sure the Jets were clean… a large amount of lint and hair came out. We had red ants all over the furniture piece that held the TV. The ants were so bad it got on our luggage and when we went on our cruise, the ants were still on our stuff inside the ship. I will say the customer service was amazing, but the room was severely lacking.

Came here over staying at the Omri hotel across the street for a conference. Was close and just fine. The pool looks nicer in pictures then reality. Bathroom was dated but the room itself had been renovated. It was fine but isn't staying at the Four Seasons. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Had live food and drinks one night coming in that was a nice touch! Would stay again overall good value.

Wonderful stay and staff

Location was perfect; the common areas had a great atmosphere, and the staff was very nice. Our sheets were stained and covered in black marks; parking was $ 40 a night when the surrounding area was $ 20, and we paid a premium for the stay compared to other hotels we stayed at during our trip. Usually, parking for guests is validated. There was a ton of baled cardboard trash in the garage area, blocking the already tight space and making it harder to navigate. The shower ceiling was peeling, and the showerhead wasn't adjustable.
