Nice place to stay one night before a cruise.

High floor, good amenities both across the hotel and the room A great view from the room (see pics) walking distance to convention centre Staff were fantastic, every evening around 4:30 either a complimentary drink (wine) or small food sampling The bar is great and the outside pool is decent The nearby restaurant's such as the Indian, but especially the Boat yard, exquisite Overall the hotel was excellent, I would only be nitpicking to say I didn't like this or that. The breakfast perhaps a little overpriced, but considering the location and the food was of a good quality and standard

Disappointed about this property for 275 at night you will expect to have a better experience this property needs a lit maintenance,better at the very least coffee machine. No worth the money 👎

Close to the convention centre The hotel Needs a re fresh chipped paint dirty windows and noisy

The pool was dirty and the hot tub even worse Many things need updated

We were able to get a new room. But this kind of thing is really unacceptable, especially since we still paid full price.

Wonderful front desk staff. When we arrived they were providing an empanada and punch tasting which were lovely. Our room was humid and the air didn’t get as cool as we liked but it wasn’t bad enough to ask to switch rooms since we only stayed 1 night. You are walking distance from stores and restaurants. Great pre-cruise hotel!

It was nice and very clean I like everything about it

We stayed there after a cruise and it was a nice place that was also close to the port. We were lucky enough to get an early check in, which was very much appreciated. The hotel needs a little renovation in a few areas but was very nice overall and the staff at the front desk were very helpful.

We did not eat here but thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Great stay in great location

Called housekeeping they did come up, sprayed a little stuff on the floors and clean them a bit. They really should’ve changed our room. Outside of our room in the hallway there has been some sort of accident in the hallway smelt terrible. They were running fans to help dry it out, but the smell still lingered. In the middle of the night, our air conditioner quit working. It was 77° in the morning very uncomfortable. Working in the morning. I would not recommend this resort because of these issues. It was very close to the first port, and they did provide a breakfast

Old rundown place rooms are dirty bathrooms and sinks clogged bathroom fans and ac runs very loud juts don’t waste your money

The location The miscommunication between Booking.com and the hotel policies. After the reservation booking guarantees free breakfast via email. Once at the property we were told to call Booking because we were not in their system.
