TownePlace Suites by Marriott Fort Mill at Carowinds Blvd.

The pool was filthy which was disappointing because my children were looking forward to swimming after long days of playing in local basketball tournaments.

Room was quiet, clean, amenities were excellent. Pool, gym and facilities were fantastic. Highly recommend.

Had 2 tvs in the room either one worked,they gad to know this before I booked,cause whoever was in the room before had the tv stand pushed out and the faceplate of the box where the eternity cable was

Great place! The kitchenette was well stocked and suited our needs completely. More items were available from the front desk, but we had no need. The room was very nice and very clean, the beds were very comfortable. We were pleased to find a clean laundry area for guest which was complementary. The pool area was very nice and also clean. There were two large gas grills out there and a seating area away from the pool with a gas fire feature. Breakfast was nice. Would definitely stay again!

everything we needed. loved the outdoor sitting area our room reeked of marijuana. you would think housekeeping would have noticed when they cleaned the room. I had to sleep with the cover over my face

Staff- could not check us in properly. Lack of knowledge on computer. Gave us wrong room twice and check in took an HOUR!

I placed a reservation 5 weeks beforehand, and called from CLT airport ahead to make sure it was available that same night. However, when we showed up, the person at the desk said we did not have a reservation, and the hotel was full.

One thing about this property is the staff is absolutely wonderful. I did have an issue with the pullout bed having a stain on the mattress and then we had to move rooms but the room we went to the air-conditioning at work at first, but the manager, Miss Jenny was so helpful. I was disappointed, though, with that issue giving them amount of money that we paid. They gave us some reward points, but I would've liked to have a refund on one of the nights, but I understand they couldn't because I booked it through a third-party overall the state was just OK. I don't know that I would stay again just because of the issue I had and how much money I spent, but because of the staff I might consider because they were great

Me and my son had a nice stay. We just needed a nice clean comfortable space to sleep in for our visit to Carowinds. This hotel offered that and more! The beds were very comfy and the pool was clean and nice. The front desk staff was kind and very helpful. Unfortunately the housekeeping seemed to keep forgetting to efficiently clean our room. We checked in. Sunday late in the evening and the next morning when we got up to shower we noticed the shower had a really long straight hair on the wall and there was hair in the sink. I reported to the front desk and they told housekeeping to clean it but when we got back to our room we had fresh towels but the shower and sink still had hair in it. The front desk offered to move us but we told them we were okay and would stay there since we were already settled. Other than that we had a great stay and would definitely stay again.

Wonderful Stay!

Need to clean doors in the room. No body wash to shower with. Wall in the hallway need some tlc. Bathroom backsplash needs to be caulked.

Breakfast was alright. Coffee was good. The room was nice. Bed was comfy. However there was a clicking noise I could hear every few minutes from the vent in the bathroom. It did it all night and it was really irritating. Other than that it was a nice stay

Scrambled eggs , biscuits, sausage links, gravy, along with toast, bagels, cereal, and oatmeal. Nothing special. But the room was amazing.

The rooms were very nice, everything as advertised. The breakfast each morning was wonderful as well with a good selection.
