Staff are nice,room were very clean,place is quiet!

The best part was the bed. It was super comfortable. Things are a bit outdated and needing some reno. It was very close to Carowinds and worked well for our stay.

Hotel was clean, room was clean, staff was great. Would definitely stay again my next trip. Best Quality Inn I have stayed in.

Smooth stay.

I really enjoyed my stay here. The hotel was in good condition, and I could tell that the owners are really striving to make this a good hotel. It appears that they recently installed new carpet in the rooms and replaced the furniture. I did have an issue with the refrigerator breaking in my room during my week-long stay, and they promptly replaced it with a new refrigerator. The hotel is conveniently walking distance to Carowinds, Cracker Barrel, Culvers and QT gas station/convenience store. I would stay here again.

Our stay was nice. Clean room. Nice breakfast. Clean pool. Would have been nice if the pool was open longer than 3-9.

Visually the room looked clean, however the room smelled damp and moldy. There wasn’t a hairdryer in my room but the staff made it their priority to get one for me. Staff on all shifts were nice and helpful.

While the room seemed clean, the hotel is outdated, no elevator, nasty carpet, the room had a very strange odor. Pool is only open after 3;00. Only 2 towels, wash clothes etc in bathroom. Drink machine out of order. The place needs a complete overhaul!

Awesome stay. Rooms were excellent!

This hotel was close to everything you need especially Carowinds. The bed was comfortable. The staff was decent and helpful. The breakfast was decent. The pool was nasty and was not clean the whole time we was there and we stayed here for a week,so my daughter and I couldn't even get in the pool at all. The Ice machine was also not cleaned at all.

Everything was good. We loved it. Breakfast was egg, potatoes, waffles, cereal etc…

Location It was very obviously not cleaned before our arrival. There was someone’s hair all over the toilet seat when we checked in as well as chips/food all over the floor. The booking stated I was getting a queen room with 2 queen beds and they were very obviously 2 full sized beds. When I brought up my concerns the man at the front desk argued with me saying they were definitely queens and didn’t really do anything to rectify the situation about the room being absolutely disgusting. I tried to just get a refund and leave and he refused. It was honestly horrible.

Unaired, musty-ike carpet was maybe drying... had to change rooms where air felt cleaner. It was not a problem for hotel staff. ue was very courteous.
