I had a smoking room and you really couldn’t tell it was a smoking room

Very close to carowinds I really don’t have any complaints

Dirty filthy room, water didn’t work in my room so I was moved where it also didn’t work. Roaches everywhere and dogs running around. Couldn’t get a refund to go stay somewhere else.

The hotel had flooded out and we had to go without water for over 16 hour with no water and there was no compensation

Inexpensive Roaches EVERYWHERE! The female manager is unpleasant and doesn’t try to resolve any issues you may have. Dog feces / urine in the hallway on all the carpets. The smell is unbearable! The Jamaican man that’s built like a woman always has an attitude. He seems to hate his job just as much as he hates the gym. ALL THE ROOMS ARE THE SAME SO IF YOU WANT A KING/QUEEN room you’ll always receive a full sized bed ! The absolute worst management known to mankind. Dogs barking thoughout the night and management won’t do anything about it.

The front desk employee was unfriendly and unwelcoming. The room was not properly cleaned, and there were no tissues, soap, or shampoo. The bed was extremely hard, uncomfortable, and made annoying noises. I definitely would not stay here again.

DONT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL by any means. Stinks like dog pee, infested with fleas. And not clean by any means . No fridge or microwave as well.

Lots of things were wrong. Cockroaches everywhere! Even after I had them switch my room it was even worse so I said I’ll go back to the other one. They did t have any bug spray, bathtub was dirty also had bugs in it. There was black mold. I left.
