Excellent hotel, clean room, excellent staff.

This hotel was clean and the staff was friendly. Our room was very large. We did not stay long enough to enjoy the amentities, but the areas looked nice. We would stay there again.

The staff was very friendly. Several parts of the room were broken such as the bathroom handle and pieces of the tub. The room was hardly cleaned, the pull out bed had chip crumbs and a lot of stains, the ottoman had old food under it. The breakfast had little options and was bland.

Room was spacious, contemporary and comfortable. Clean. Check in young man was pleasant. Possibly the head of housekeeping gentleman was very upbeat, kind and welcoming. breakfast was very mediocre. Eggs bland. No butter. Just a communal salt and pepper shakers. Shower bath soap dispenser was empty.

Desk clerk was warm and welcoming. Facilities were clean and comfortable. We would have really benefited from a airport shuttle service.

The front desk clerk was extremely helpful and kind. He had a lot of things happening at once but he made the time to make sure we had everything we needed, etc.

Amazing area with tons of parking available. Staff were incredibly nice and professional. Definitely would be my go to hotel next time we’re around here.

a little hard to get in and out

Overnight stay with two teenage sons. Stayed in a suite room with two queens and the twin platform couch bed, which was firm (which worked great for us). The staff were great. The breakfast included hot food, which was nice. The only thing I would caution is if you are looking for a pool, the indoor pool is VERY small. We would definitely stay here again.

Employees were very helpful . I found hair in bathroom the mirror looked like it hadn’t been cleaned smeared and trash cans didn’t have liners in them .

The man at the front desk during check in was very friendly and was sure to great us with a smile each time we saw him. Our room had plenty of space, and we liked how the couch had a trundle bed too. We truly enjoyed everything about our stay. If I had to choose something I’d just suggest maybe some more breakfast options.
