It was comfortable in the rooms although they need to be upgraded. The beds has crumbs you could tell sheets weren't changed. I was tired so didn't complain. The remote didn't work so when I went to get batteries they just gave me another remote. The doors lock was broke just sitting on the counter. There were kids upstairs running around until 2 am I think they were the employees kids. Shower water kept running it wouldn't stop. They just need to be upgraded.

Not a clean place to stay, towels were not clean, floor was unswept and sticky, bathroom was yellowing and hair everywhere, walls were chipping and there was a roach in the bathroom. Staff was friendly though and helpful.

No working elevator and we were on the 3rd floor. Room had a maids cart parked in it at 8:30 pm when we arrived. one bed was unmade and pulled away from the wall. Kitchen cabinets were wide open and there were roach bodies in the kitchen sink. We went to the lobby and asked for a refund. She referred us to Expedia for a refund but they say the money was actually charged at check in at the site.

Everything is excellent. I enjoyed this place. The elevator provided a fantastic experience, and the staff are remarkably impressive; the beds serve their purpose well. The striking reflection in the bathroom mirror offered a pleasant distraction while I flirted with myself. The staff were exceptional, the gnomes are not smurfs, and the housekeepers are keepers—the house keeps being maintained by those heaven-sent keepers. Most importantly, the air conditioning is outstanding; I cannot emphasize this enough—the air conditioning is the finest on the planet and the reason for the season. The season is extremely hot, though not as hot as that reflection in the bathroom mirror. Finally, the sex you will have will not surpass the sex you might miss; if you miss having sex, I cannot relate, so I suggest you stop reading and speak to God, not me, then immediately book a room and extend your lifestyle in air conditioning cooler than cool. If you encounter any issues while there, first, you will not and should not; if you do, listen carefully: you need Jesús, and Jesús needs you too, so stop being such a danger to this planet and your entire temple of a body that deserves to be loved and extended. The room had roaches my daughter had seen 2 on her bed the staff was hard to find when you needed them barely at the front desk. Stove need to be upgraded bathrooms are a total unsanitized mess. They really need to clean and fix this properly.

have strong Wi-Fi that even have any grab-and-go breakfast only one time and a week that I see a couple muffins and coffees all they had and coffee everyday by itself and I don't like it cuz there's no convenience stores or any kind of food stores or anything to eat and walking distance of there but other than that it was okay

The staff were nice The corridor smelled of beer, our non-smoking room smelled of smoke. The floor was filthy the kitchen surface sticky, I don't think the towels were even clean. Over 5 days I killed 4 cockroaches. Breakfast was just a muffin or bar, with tea or coffee. Twice someone had been in our room when we were out, and left the door not properly closed, if it was a cleaner they didn't clean.

I always book this property so I expected better. I stayed here more than 6 times because I be coming from out of town. The toilet didn’t flush, we had no microwave and killed 5 roaches. The lady I checked in with was awesome. I dropped my stuff off then left. I called later that night to let front desk know the issues and the a different lady stated we would have to wait til Monday to get maintenance, which we left Sunday and imagine us using restroom over our bowels and piss. then I asked what about a microwave she stated we don’t have that either, I stated what about another room then she said there all out of order. She could have aleast gave us a microwave from one of them rooms. I left again came back then my room key didn’t work. The lady that gave me the room was there again. I told her about it then stated she just started and didn’t mind helping with whatever was needed. She said she didn’t know about the toilet but if we need to use the microwave behind the desk we could and she would warm it up for us. But all the rooms were booked so wasn’t able to give us another one and told us call back in speak to manager Monday for refund. I delt with it since I left in 2 days from the time I tried to address the matters but wanted y’all to know. I really do like this hotel and expected better as this was my first time having this issue.

They are not part of the national chain, just using a similar name. My welcoming committee was a roach under a pillow (granted the staff brought me a new pillow case after I killed it and called the front desk). The toilet wasn't flushing, the stains around all faucets were extensive, the bottom of the bathtub was literally blackened with stains. The hall and elevator floors needed cleaning. The breakfast counter was severely lacking and was out of coffee by 7:00 and when staff was approached about it they just shrugged like, yeah, we know. I could rant on but would just make for a long read, so I'll sum it up with NO!

The only con was the traffic commute.
