Upon our check in, the room they gave us was not cleaned from the previous customers visit. We were located to a clean room seemed like a slight upgrade. Front desk attendant did say if that room was not clean they would have to switch our “type” of room. The rest of the facility was clean, breakfast was good staff were kind!!

Great stay!

Room and hallway carpet were not very clean. Biggest problem was a/c. It was loud and “whined”. Changed rooms but was same.

My family and I stayed at Hampton Inn & Suites Fort Worth Fossil Creek for 2 days and we were in absolute awe of how clean the hotel was, our room was very big and spacious, the pool and hot tub were nice to relax in after a long day, the breakfast was amazing, and all the staff was exceptionally kind and helpful (especially the woman with dark curly hair and glasses- I didn't catch her name but she was the absolute sweetest) The hotel was very clean and so comfortable. I will definitely be booking this hotel again for all of our future stays in Ft. Worth. All the staff was very nice. Keep up the excellent work everyone. The hot tub had a smell to it but other than that the hotel was phenomenal for our family.

Poca limpieza tengo fotos y videos de las cucarachas hasta por el área de la piscina, al parecer como habían pocos huéspedes no había muchos trabajadores y estaba mal atendido el hotel, tuve una irritación en los ojos por el agua de la piscina en resumen muy mala relación calidad-precio no se lo recomiendo a nadie muy mala estancia a tal punto que el check out era a las 11 am y lo hicimos a las 7 am

The staff was wonderful. The pool must have just gotten cleaned though because the chemical smell was strong and the whirlpool bubbled up to the rim. No complaints other than that

It was good!

One of those Hamptons which requires some remodeling. Old air conditioning units, foggy window, some old conditions generally. Staff was super friendly!
