Highway noise was loud during the night… had to use white noise app to sleep (after being woken up the first night)

Clean, nice fitness center, good housekeeping staff, delicious breakfast, good location Horrible wifi. Other options offered by hotel were no better. Not going to pay extra to upgrade!!! Ridiculous.

Room with broken light bulb(glass object) in lamp. Told no maintenance available to remove/repair. Bedside lamps were not all functioning. Non-smoking room smelled of smoke entire night. Thermostat/A\C unit not cooling room.

Well, I booked the wrong night, relies it the night of booking, I wanted to rebook for the next night, which was to correct one. They wouldn’t work with me to do so. Of course know no fund. Then go a bill for it , changed me fees and all. For a place I didn’t stay. I’m sure the place would have been nice.
