At check in, I was asked, “do you need a working TV”? Very musty / mildew smell when I entered the room. Very run down and dated rooms. Paneling on bathroom door was peeling off. Clear packing tape was used to try to keep paneling on door. No shampoo. I asked for shampoo, but front desk couldn’t access housekeeping storage area. Terrible bed sheets and uncomfortable mattress. Woke up in middle of night to use the bathroom and saw 2 roaches in the bathroom. At least the room had hot water and functioning AC.

Property could use a little updating in the future but for the price it’s a phenomenal stay. Big rooms and comfy beds.

Nothing The Room was the worst I've ever experienced. I left in 2 hours of being in the Room. If there was any way I could have gotten a refund I would have.

Front office personnel were friendly and professional. I’d stay here again.

The ladies (2 front desk ladies Ms. Trudy and the night clerk I don’t know her name) were GREAT! Nice and informative and very friendly making me feel welcome. The young man who works in the evening /night was nice when I checked in but took a quick flip around to rude and refused us CLEAN TOWELS. He said No, we don’t do that. Go wash them in the laundry room because we are an Extended stay property and per policy you have to wash them. Then proceeded to tell me that if I wanted to pay $49.99 per week then I can get clean towels!!! Wow!!! Lastly the elevator was broken entire stay and I was on the 4th floor so that was so much fun having to climb 4 flights of stairs everyday. :(

This was one of the worst hotels I’ve ever stayed in. The room reeked of cigarette smoke even tho it was clearly stated as a non smoking room. The mattresses were thrift store finds with plastic bed frames that basically broke when you put weight on them. The AC didn’t work at all. The pet deposit wasn’t a deposit but additional non-refundable fees even for a service animal. The noise from all the rooms around us sounded like elephants were rearranging furniture. The phones in the room didn’t work so you couldn’t call down to the front desk. Also, when trying to leave the front desk was unmanned for so long that 8 people ended up just leaving. Luckily Hotels.com worked with me and got some of my stay back. Avoid at all costs.
