Awesome Stay. Great Ambience, Great Location and just a proper relaxing experience Nothing to dislike

Breakfast was decent, location was great to montecasino. I stayed for 2 nights, and they DID NOT CHANGE THE SHEETS between the nights. The bathroom was stinking of something really weird like building work/mould smelling. It was really gross. The room was not clean, it was dusty in corners and old smelling. Furnishing was super old. NOWHERE NEAR A 5 STAR!

Friendly staff, swimming pool exceptional clean House keeping, the lady sited that she had two floors to clean and she came I around 2pm she didn’t change the line Hoover the floor, and wanted leftovers food from the previous night kids dinner, she was very inappropriate and didn’t treat me as a guest, more training for some of the housekeeping ladies as to how to treat guests

Lovely property. The pools was amazing and the breakfast absolutely lovely. Best baked beans I have ever had ?. Location is just perfect. Next to the Monte where you can visit safely through a private walkway. The bird park was also right next door and a highlight for the kids. The staff were so friendly and always joked with the kids. We enjoyed the British Crew a well. They brought a fun vibe to the pool. Our kids were the only ones in the entire hotel and enjoyed the attention a lot. We also had little welcome gifts on the rooms and always plenty of water. I guess the rooms could do a little refurbishment but nevertheless very clean and still comfy to stay in.

This was our second stay and all was good. Would really recommend this hotel ❤️.

It’s a beautiful property but it’s dated. Wallpaper in the hall was coming off the wall. Our ac was not working properly. Buffet was something to be desired a

The Palazzo never disappoints. This is our 2nd time staying, and everything was amazing. The staff was great, and the property is beautiful. It's in a great location with so many dining options and very close to the Fourways Mall.

The standard has noticeably declined — the welcome on arrival was really underwhelming. There were no welcome drinks, no cold towels, and no room drops. Even the breakfast spread feels reduced. Overall, it just doesn’t match the 5-star Palazzo experience I remember.

Nice room better than our last visit. Fully stocked mini bar good garden view location was excellent friendly professional staff noisy aircon, a bit of drain smell in the bathroom. Limited room service menu....only 2 desert options, no snack type options, no hot drinks listed, etc

Amazing vibrant place and fantastic staff

The rooms are not well looked after. The initial room had a musky/mouldy smell. We had to change rooms. The carpets also need cleaning.

Central location, good security. Food was good as well as service. Rooms were always clean and neat Room service, like getting the right coffee etc…was a problem most days - 2 days only decaf coffee, had to call and ask twice. Check out was a mess, took like half an hour - issue with credit card and terminals on deposit paid and final bill.

Breakfast was good. Plenty of choice and friendly staff They need a better bar. n actual distinct bar. The current bar in terms of where it is, size, etc seems like an afterthought when the hotel was being designed and constructed. A nice intimate, cozy bar would be great and not a clinical drinking shop which it is atm. It is frankly unappealing why is probably it is almost always devoid of customers who go elsewhere.
