The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. The rooftop poll and bar were lovely as a place to chill out after a day of sightseeing. Breakfast buffet was excellent. Great location too Room was a bit drab

I really enjoyed my stay, and for the price that it costed I would definitely repeat. The room and bathroom were clean, the bed was super comfy. I was solo traveling and found this hotel the best option to enjoy the evening after visiting the Iguazu Falls. Nice TV as well and good wifi. The food service was super comfortable to order. I also really enjoyed going to the rooftop terrace, ordering some cocktail and enjoying the pool and jacuzzi, although at some points there were too many noisy kids... also the guy serving the drinks in the terrace was super kind and nice. Also breakfast was nice. Also I found it really nice that everyone serving in the hotel that I talked to also speak Spanish so it was really easy to ask for anything. The bus station is pretty close to the hotel and there are some bus stops near as well, I asked the receptionist for instructions and was able to get to the falls really easily by bus. My TV was constantly disconnecting from my YouTube session which was really anoying. But thats just a minor inconvenience the rest of my stay was marvelous. Also the terrace closes at 9pm, but it would be nice to close access for kids earlier at some point in the evening/night so that adults and solo travelers can enjoy the pool and jacuzzi for one or a couple of hours.

To be honest, I was not expecting too much from this hotel as it was a very good price but it far exceeded my expectations. The staff were very friendly and helpful - particularly the receptionists and the young man who ran the pool bar. The pool area on the roof was relatively small but definitely worth a visit - we found it very relaxing after a long day. The rooms were spotlessly clean with good facilities and a good size too. The location was perfect - it was in the centre close to the friendship bridge (Ponte da Amizade) between Brazil and Paraguay. We did venture out of the hotel briefly to a local pharmacy and the area felt safe and was relatively clean. Nothing.

I am very experienced traveler in Europe, the North America, Mexico, the Caribbean and the South America. My feelings at Del Rey's stay was exceptional. I would give 11 instead of the maximum value, 10. Also, I speak very well in 4 languages. The stuff in full speak in a perfect English. The people is super friendly and want to help you as they can. The breakfast was delicious and had variety of tropical fruit, meat, candy. The bed is super comfortable. The room is super clean. All is new. The corridors and lobby is excellent and clean. Thank you, Del Rey's staff for the excellent job. None.

The staff is extremely polite and helpful (probably the most I've ever seen) and everything was nice and new The internet connection in my room(floor 3) was pretty bad, often disconnects and in general speed wasnt good enough, so don't rely on it if you have plan to work online here

The room included a fridge, which was a nice amenity. If you're only staying for a night, this place is ideal. The front desk staff were very friendly, giving us restaurant recommendations and providing an umbrella when it rained. The breakfast offered was decent, and the rooftop pool and jacuzzi were amazing! We also enjoyed the caipirinha at the pool bar. The hotel is within walking distance to the main shopping area, and we felt safe exploring the area on foot. Getting an Uber to various places was also easy. The room we had was quite small, resembling a dorm room with an en-suite bathroom. We visited in December, and the air conditioning took a while to cool down.
