Dom Pedro I Palace Hotel

Hotel was old and tired looking. Room was dark and dorm-like. Very basic furnishings, thin scratchy towels. We only were there one night, so it was okay, but I wouldn't recommend this hotel. It was probably something special quite a few years ago!

The service was wonderful, breakfasts amazing, and everyone exceptionally kind! The room looked and smelled clean and the bathroom was amazing. The gift shops were awesome and they had amazing service and prices. The indoor pool was heated and super nice after a day out. Not many decorations in the rooms BUT it didn't really matter at all.

Very comfortable and clean facility. Great for a short stay to see the Falls which is about 15 minutes away. Short drive to town and short walk to local mall. There was nothing that I didn’t like about the property. It was perfect for the purposes of seeing the falls. Spent one day on the Brazil side and one day on the Argentina side of the falls. Property was perfect.

Great guest service, nice friendly stuff. Very clean and room looks updated and has everything you may need. the bathroom is spacious. there's a small indoor pool and a huge outdoor pool. Breakfast was good and the time was more than perfect. As I understand they also serve dinner in the restaurant, didn't have time to visit due to a short stay. Taxi (Uber) is cheap to the Park and Town, reception can help arranging taxi. My only thing that I was kind of missing in thу room - extra outlets. My room only had one (but for both Argentinian and Brazilian type) and it was at the opposite side from bed, so you can't charge your phone next to your bed. maybe they can arrange an extender cord, didn't check.

Everything I’ve already said, and in particular, the staff was very helpful. They made sure I was very comfortable and well-cared for. The only issue was spotty WiFi. Otherwise, I liked everything.

The rooms were clean. The staff were incredibly nice! The buffet breakfast was extravagant and a great variety! We were overall very happy here! The hallways are very noisy. You can hear everyone walking up and down the hallway, as well as laughing at screaming. The doors echo and you can hear everyone opening and closing the doors. Maybe placing signs in hallway to remind everyone to be quiet in hallways would be beneficial.

We actually really enjoyed ourselves here, though it's not our usual sort of hotel. For a couple of days to have the pool and a buffet dinner we were very comfortable. Would have liked a bar though. Very convenient for the falls, the bird park and the airport

It was placed on a bus route with a mall 10 minute walk away. Daily close to the airport and the falls. Very nice pool You had to buy the water

Great pool, big breakfast and dinner room. nice pool bar, big parking Pretty old facilities, deservs a refresh. poor and unstable wifi, not recommend for those who need to work from the hotel.
