Excelent pools, excelent food, rooms are clean and have great space for bags Cost of drinks and additional food at the hotel is way too high for a resort type hotel

After the booking I received a fishing message on WhatsApp from someone claiming to be from hotel stuff, asking for my creator card details to confirm my booking.

I really liked my stay overall. I was impressed with the kindness of the staff at the reception, who accomodated my early arrival, the luggage personnel, the piano bar, and the swimming pools' waiters. The smile was on their faces all the time, making us feel welcomed. If the roadworks that were happening didnt make too much noise it would be a bless. Also the Hotel could plan for a "green" fence to disguise the view from the road, giving the swimming pool a cozier atmosphere.

Big property! Breakfast was wonderful and we paid extra for the dinner meal. Well worth it! Walls were thin. Heard the rooster crow at 4 am every morning.

Spacious and clean bedroom and facilities, friendly staff, very helpful concierge, good pool and outdoor spaces, good breakfast variety, peacocks walking around in the garden, reasonable prices, location is very close to sightseeing sites and airport. Shower water is not very hot, restaurant buffet could have a better quality of food, the hotel can become very crowded with local conventions, staff speaks very limited English.

The staff were welcoming, helpful and accommodating. They were enthusiastic without being pushy. A special mention to Olga who was very helpful and lovely. One of the showers was very underpowered.

The outdoor space area It took 6-7 hours to have a crib for our baby after numerous requests. The food was not good, despite breakfest. Our shower was a joke, no water pressure. Some staff poorly trained.

Breakfast was amazing! Large and confortable bedroom. The new indoor swimming pool /bar was also a nice surprise. It was my second time at this hotel, will definetely return for a third time. Drinks and snacks are very expensive

Really lovely stay, we had a half board and the food at breakfast and dinner was fabulous. Really good quality with a huge variety. The room was great, spacious and had everything we needed with a balcony overlooking the peacocks. The hotel was located with nothing around so if you’re not getting an all inclusive or half board you will have to constantly take taxi to the town. I think filtered water should be provided to guests not only at breakfast but all the meals. The pool was good but all the sun beds should have an umbrella to give guests the option of shade

Bro, this place is enormous and has SO MANY amenities. Massive, diverse breakfast with far way more options than you could possibly try. We also wanted to make use of their pools and spa services, but we were unfortunately sick during our short stay, so we mostly stayed in our room. I would love to come back here and use the amenities to the fullest. We did have some noise issues. The walls are thin, and we heard lots of corridor noise, kids playing loudly above us at night, etc.

The Resort faces the main road from the airport to Foz do Iguacu and is right on the turn off to Argentina. The road is part of a significant construction project which makes it unwalkable to any restaurants, shops or services. Rooms were clean but worn.

I went to this hotel with my family in 1993 and we repeated the adventure in 2024. We had 4 rooms, nothing fancy but does the job for a short stay of 3-4 days. Annoying wristband to wear inside the hotel.
