Pousada Cris Garden Bed&Breakfast

Everything met our expectations; Cris and her team were an absolute delight and incredibly helpful! They provided a wide variety of breakfast foods, including fresh fruit, sweet breads, savory proteins, and great coffee, ensuring there was something to satisfy every taste. Cris assisted us in hiring a driver to take us to the Argentinian side of the falls and clearly explained the entire process. The location is very convenient, situated just 10-15 minutes from the airport, the Brazilian side of the falls, and downtown, and is also close to border control.

Room was crystal clean. Breakfast was the best I had try in Brazil. Tons of information and genuine willing to help. Its about 30 min drive to Park and 5 min drive to immigration. Thank you girls. Hope to see you again Nothing

De tudo. Da hospitalidade da Cris e Larissa e demais pessoas do staff, da facilidade do check-in, do frigobar, do serviço de quarto e do excelente café da manhã. Nada Que desabone. Acredito que a mesa ao lado das redes poderia ser maior. Tivemos de comer no quarto, pois havia uma família lá. Não sei se poderíamos ter pedido para usar a área do café da manhã. De qualquer modo, acho importante esse detalhe.

Nothing to dislike.

Well, this was a fantastic stay, and not only due to the cleanliness of the room, or the amazing breakfast each morning, but also because Cris is a person with wonderful energy, positive spirit, and ease of communication. The moment our Uber parked in front of her gate she was there to welcome us and explained everything in a few sentences. Everything was easy, lovely, clean, beautifully organized. Breakfast is huge and full of everything, including fruit, and at 5 pm they serve coffee with cake. We had an odd spell of rainy weather, but we still managed to get everywhere we wanted to. The house is 5 minutes on foot from the Arg-Bra border, so you can leave the bus and just walk over after getting the stamp. It is not in the city, but we only needed the Foz do Iguassu, and Parque das aves anyway. Uber takes you everywhere from her house, and it is cheap, but there are also buses from the border. If you find a room available at her hostel, do not think twice! There is nothing not to like

Very close to the airport. Professional and very nice staff. Self-help kitchen facilities are very convenient. Room is clean and spacious. A little far away from any shopping and restaurants.

Nossa estadia foi ótima. Tudo muito limpo, café da manhã farto e caprichado, camas e travesseiros confortáveis, e um atendimento impecável -- o pessoal da pousada foi muito atencioso e nos deu ótimas dicas sobre os passeios que faríamos, em português e em inglês (estávamos com amigos estrangeiros). A localização é excelente: a pousada fica a poucos minutos do aeroporto, das Cataratas / Parque das Aves, e da fronteira com a Argentina e o Paraguai -- é não é longe dos bares e restaurantes do centro, que ficam a uns 10 a 15 minutos de carro. Com certeza ficaremos lá novamente. O chuveiro sai pouca água.

Cris was cheerful, hospitable and informative. In a word, Cris has soul. Great shower, once the controls were explained, great breakfast, great Wi-Fi, and the pool was very welcome at the end of hot days at Iguazu Falls. Cris arranged drivers to pick us up and take us back to the airport. Highest recommendations! Floor tiles were slippery after a rainstorm.

Chris and her employees all went above and beyond to be sure we had everything we needed. The breakfast was amazing and delicious. The whole property was extremely clean and well taken care of.

This is the best advice I can give. If you are coming to see the Brazil side of Iguazú and then travelling to Argentina (as we did) this is a perfect place. Cris has an amazingly comfortable place to stay, clean rooms, quiet A/C, a good bed, delicious breakfast and a perfect location to cross over the border. This morning she actually walked with us, across a field to the border crossing. Easy as can be. The Uber fee to the Brazil side of the falls was about 14.00, to the airport maybe 10.00. Just know that there are no restaurants close by. The town of Foz is an Uber ride away. There is a communal kitchen so we bought food and heated it up at the property!

The staff (Cris) is AMAZING!!!!! Helpful, kind & welcoming! Location in a quiet neighborhood. Comfortable and VERY clean room & facilities! Cris’ breakfast buffet!!!!!!! Nothing. Great place for a couple of nights!

This place is run by a woman and her family. Cris speaks three languages ​​fluently: Brazilian, Spanish, and English, and is very helpful with everything, I've personally experienced (always ask and Cris will find a solution ?). This place is very close to all the attractions.

GUYSSS!! THIS IS the bed and breakfast to stay at when you visit Iguazu falls!!! All the five star reviews are 1000% true. It is literally parallel to the Argentina border crossing, you can see it from the pousada. Cris and her husband are the most kind, patient, transparent and helpful hosts I've met!! They helped me order food, arranged transportation and even helped me plan some of my days out while I was there. I am forever grateful meeting such wonderful human beings. I spent 4 relaxing days here. The room is so clean and the first thing i smelled when i walked in the room was fresh linens. I loved that! The room and bathroom are sooooo tidy and clean. The wi fi is strong. AC works very well. They have a large seating area on the ground floor (guests stays on second floor) where you can eat and mingle with other guests. The pool and the common areas are so clean. They also offer good priced beverages (water, beer, soda) in a refrigerator for sale. This was great so i didnt need to frequent to a store. The best breakfast buffet I've had and I would not miss it (I hate getting up early but this breakfast was worth it!!) There was a group of people who I joined the next day where Cris arranged and her husband drove us over to the Argentina side of Iguazu falls. Cris gave us super helpful tips on where to go/see first at both parks. Her husband assisted our group safely through customs on both sides and gave us a good amount of time to walk through Iguazu falls before coming back to pick us up. Im a solo traveler and felt very comfortable, safe and relaxed being here. THANK YOU for a beautiful experience!!
