I only spent one night 11p to 8a but the room was very clean, and everything work properly, there were 2 double beds so not good for 3 or more travelers. It was quiet and I slept well.
-
very clean, great breakfast, comfortable bed for such a reasonable price!!! nice place to stop for a night in the middle of a road trip!

I guess the best way to put this is, what did I expect for $95/night? I did have a couple of dirty towels. The toilet was very loud when flushing. I wish Expedia would tell us if it is a motel or a hotel. I consider a motel when your room door leads outside. I do prefer a hotel with an elevator and hallways. I was traveling by myself, so for me I can’t complain too much because I was looking for just a place to lay my head. If you need to be in the Franklin area cheap, this is your place.

Superb

The wall cooler was leaking water into the room - half the carpet was soaked with condensation coming out of the air conditioning system. At 3am, the fire alarm started beeping from a low battery signal. It was disconnected from the building’s central power system to prevent this.

The breakfast was great. Eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, they have bagels and different cereals. Apple and orange juice and waffles

It was quiet. The property could be maintained a little better. The breakfast, gravy and biscuits did not taste good, not sure why? The staff was nice but said they couldn’t print out a receipt for me when checking out that was strange. I was there for work so this placed served my needs but from all the positive reviews I did except a little more. I would only plan to stay again if improvements were made.

Location was good and good value A little rough with the neighbors. People live there we presume.

Location and breakfast Some shabby plumbing like shower head coming out of wall was not like what a real plumber would do.
-
Smelled like mold and air conditioner didn’t work properly. It did not cool the room and the room was as very humid. Curtains didn’t close and had to move to another room where the AC didn’t work.
-
Everything went well, the bed was comfortable, the A/C worked well, the shower had good pressure, clean room and good breakfast. the sink was not draining well, and I forgot to mention it to the desk for then to fix it.

The room was also disappointing. It smelled strongly of cigarettes, and the carpet was wet when we arrived. There was a large industrial-style fan blowing on the carpet, apparently trying to dry it, which made the condition of the room even more concerning. Breakfast was very limited and basic. I also noticed what appeared to be people living at the property long-term, with several people sitting outside their room doors in lawn chairs, which gave the hotel more of an extended-stay atmosphere than I expected. We arrived very late after a long day of driving, so we made the best of it for the night, but I would not choose this property again. Most importantly, if you are traveling with a U-Haul, RV, bus, trailer, or other large vehicle, I would not recommend relying on this hotel for large-vehicle parking.

A bit outdated but decent

In a good area, clean rooms (our bathroom was a little dirty though), good breakfast choices and overall a good experience

We typically stay at Hampton Inn’s. We elected to try this because the price was better. The bathroom sink counters were dirty. The toilet roll dispenser was broken. The room fell felt dirty. The, front drapes, head shears that would close but the main drapes could not be closed. We had to use a safety pin to cover up the window for the evening. I would not stay here again.

No issues at all, and the staff were helpful.
-
Located in a quiet area just right off the interstate. Very clean room, friendly staff and good coffee and breakfast
-
Rooms are old and somewhat clean! Carpet not the cleanest and some flooring coming up.
-
Dirtiest smelliest hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Baymont should be ashamed to be in business w this building. I couldn’t even stay due to stench and filth.
