La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Nashville Franklin

My only concern was the noisy a/c in the room. It took a while to cool but by the time I was ready to sleep I was comfortable. All in all a good choice for a 1 night stay. Pet charge was most reasonable.

The place was dirty and very dated. The carpets stunk and were dirty. They should be sued for calling what they served as breakfast! I will never stay at this hotel again! The only thing that made it somewhat tolerable was the friendly intake staffer.

Very pleasant friendly place to stay

Property was nice though the address given to the hotel didn't show up on my Garmin or my cell phone but had no issues finding the hotel. Room was nice and clean but had a room on the freeway side which was a little noisy. Other than that, great stay, excellent breakfast.

Very clean, and friendly staff

The property was nice, right next to a Cracker Barrel so I didn't have to go far for dinner. The pool and hot tub were nice. Unfortunately, there were no properly sized towels in my room, so I had to ask at the front desk. Luckily the guy was able to provide. Breakfast was good, WiFi worked well

Property was a disappointment. Not very clean and a little run down. Left 2 days early for a cleaner place.

Pouring rain when we arrived, so needing some extra towels to dry everything as best we could without making a mess was very helpful. Staff friendly, hotel clean. Side entry door slammed shut every time it was used. Frightened the dogs and probably annoyed anyone in the adjacent rooms!

The hotel appeared clean, but both the lobby and our room had a noticeable urine odor. The lobby restroom smelled strongly of cat urine. It smelt like they had tried to use sprays to cover it up, but it didn’t work. Many walls had visible patches that were never properly painted or finished, especially in the bathroom. The lobby had grout, but it was just painted over, if you can image an old window from the 1900’s and they just kept paining over the window seals. The pool area was nice, but the paint was chipped throughout, particularly in the hot tub. While the hot tub worked and was hot, it looked very worn. Wi-Fi was also extremely poor. Overall, not terrible, but below expectations

Everything was amazing, besides the jacuzzi didn't get hot enough

The smell in the building smelled like nail polish removal with a covered up cigarette smoke. Limited staff. Breakfast basic.

The room was worthy the money, the pool was clean, but the property is in need of maintenance. Load AC unit, shower would not turn completely off. With a few repairs the property would be great. Don't plan on breakfast being satisfying.

The staff had a dry personality. The breakfast ends way too early other than that it’s was all good

No coffee creamer for coffee. I only found milk. I usually bring my own, but did not do so since the stay was just one night. My daughter said they had the French vanilla on the weekend. They were staying there Friday/Tuesday.

Excellent

It was a Lil loud. And hard to get into the parking lot when trying to maneuver in and out of places to eat or shop. It was clean and had everything we needed.
