Quiet and clean Not a new place but well maintained

The Hotel Lobby and Rooms were Very Nice. The Breakfast could have had some Hot Food.

Key was for occupied room - Black Mold - Cracked Mirror. Shut this place down! Our room key was coded for an occupied room, so at 3 a.m. at our arrival, we walked into a room with a father, his daughters and their big dog. With our dog, this could have been a big dog fight! Plus, going into a room like that could have gotten us shot! After getting a different room, we found black mold in it, and a cracked mirror. These are both health and safety hazards. Combined with a potentially disastrous situation, it was like something out of a bad movie. All the front desk did at that time was apologize for the "inconvenience." DO NOT STAY THERE!

Comfy bed. Big soft pillows. Clean room. Hot shower. Friendly staff. Breakfast was average for hotel (waffles, etc). Highly recommend

There’s a dampness in the air continually. Our room was so humid the floors were wet, the bedding was wet, it was gross. There was someone’s clipped toenail and hair on the bathroom floor. Not clean.

Bad

These rooms look fairly new in remodeling. The lobby, elevator and halls still look to have the old carpets, but they are well vacuumed. The surface and floor cleaning, and bed comfort were very good. Had it not been for the two rooms with the musty smell, there would be no complaints from me at all. The gentlemen at the counter that evening, and the one the next morning at checkout, were both very friendly and professional. The first room we were assigned had a very musty odor. The room looked clean, but I believe maintenance on the air conditioner filters have not been kept up with. There was black residue on the air conditioner blades. Easily wiped off, so I assume the blades are cleaned regularly, but a very dirty filter blowing the wet dirt back on them, along with the musty smell. The gentleman at the front desk was very friendly and apologetic. He instantly took me to another room to see if that one met my requirements. The musty smell was not near as strong, but still there. I showed him the blades in that room also, referencing my thoughts on the filter. He then took me to a third room, no musty smell at all. We changed rooms and slept well. P.S. The bathroom door had not been hung correctly and did not close.

Disappointing

I like the convience of the location , staff was very friendly. Its not a luxurious resort but we'll worth the money . We would stay there again. I didnt like the smell when we first walked in...it was a heavy chlorine smell

Everything was good

Room was very clean. The guy that checked us in was rude. The beds are not as described. They were supposed to be queens but they were full size. Mattresses were very hard and uncomfortable

The tv did not work, plus wifi was spotty in the room. Bathroom smelled kind of moldy, and there were black spots by the light switch, and two other places close to the bathroom. Hated the flashing light from smoke detector, high on wall.

Passable

The room was clean. Location was nice. The breakfast sucked and the floors seemed very slippery and sticky.

She’s a little rough around the edges, but very clean and I felt very safe which is my two priorities. The time on the microwave could not be reset correctly. After you reset the time in about a minute, it beeps back to some odd time. Very minor detail, of course but when you wake up at night, you gotta do a calculation in your head of what time it really is.. I guess it kept me sharp.
