We were only passing through and stayed one night, but the room was clean, breakfast was good, and the staff was quite pleasant.

Bed was comfortable; the usual Best Western amenities were fine. The room smelled bad, although it generally looked clean. Guests should be aware that the doors open directly into the parking lot, and by 10:30 on this Friday night, parking was very limited and we had to walk a distance across the parking lot to get to our rooms. Lots of good food options nearby, and generally felt like a safe area. Morning desk clerk was much better at customer service.

Floor was disgusting and the toilet wouldn’t flush. We also killed about a dozen spiders in our room.

Nice accommodation. The room was nice, there was A/C which was great for the Tennessee humidity. I loved that the room had an iron and ironing board. Very rude front clerk. Was charged a different amount than the amount booked on Booking. The difference was minor but still confusing as that had never happened to me before using Booking. I requested a room on the ground floor but got a top room and no way to change it. Clerk said if I don’t like it then I can leave. There are two levels.

The motel was close to the hospital. Check-in was bright and clean. Carpeting in room was visibly dirty. The walls and baseboards are in need of renovation Staff was not helpful in trying to cancel remaining days of the reservation.
