They had everything we needed for a 1 nights stay.

Clean room, and staff great

Room was clean. Only ‘complaint’ would be is that with all the humidity, we had to wipe everything off. Had to use a couple of towels on the bathroom floor otherwise we slipped on the floor. Great place to stay.

Great stay, was just an overnight one. Breakfast was good. For the price it was good.

Room was clean and comfortably furnished Breakfast had a nice variety of foods but biscuits were soggy from warmer Hair was stuck to shower walls and the drain was slow leaving standing water Overall, good stay

Disliked: Desk clerk when I arrived wasn’t cheerful. I felt like I was a problem for him. Ice machine ran out of ice so I had to go to a gas station and buy a bag. Commode front had poop spots on it from I don’t know who or when. Refrigerator was iced up thick and needed defrosting so my ice bags thawed out for my insulin. Not good. No perks like lower costs deals. Could not park in front of my room due to handicap parking spaces there. Someone else parked in one handicapped space with no handicapped sticker on or in the vehicle.

Smelly. Filth. Cigarettes and dog smell embedded into carpets.

It was really clean! The bed was really comfortable, I had the best sleep there. Location was amazing, everything was a walkable distance. Room was kept really clean. Shower was clean as well. It was perfect for our trip. 25 mins drive to nashville which was perfect for us as well! So close to franklin downtown which was amazing! The hotel sign was tiny which was hard to see and made me missed the turn so many times. I had to go around .

That said, the breakfast was a bright spot. I tried the sausage & gravy with biscuits, and it was genuinely delicious. For a one-night stay, the breakfast made the experience much more enjoyable.

The main entrance of the hotel was clean parking lot, clean, quiet overall nice comfortable rooms, but the bed was a little hard other than that I will return and would recommend

It could have been cleaner. The flat sheet had blood stains & the white down comforter was stained bad. Possibly for pets or small kids. They replaced with new/clean as soon as i requested
