Was very disappointed ... not at all what I expected of the Comfort Inn,

Stayed here several times, always greeted with a smile. Staff is very friendly and willing to help when they can. Great breakfast, clean rooms. Always make a point to reserve here when I stay in Franklin!

Hard bed, worn out and nasty pillows. Pool not available. Dirty towels. Coffee poor. Cereal selection poor.

The location was excellent.The breakfast was good. A coffee pot would have been nice. Everything else was fine.

The air in our first room was very cold and couldn’t be adjusted, so they moved us to another room in which the air was blowing on the coldest setting, but wasn’t enough to cool the room. The air units in the rooms need to be fixed and maintained, especially for hot summers.

Smell of smoke was not good and the property did not seem very clean. The worker at the front desk was very nice though.

Room could use some updating but overall was pretty clean. We checked in around 10:30 PM and realized we didn’t have any towels or washcloths. Front desk lady was able to get us some. Otherwise, it was good for the money! We weren’t looking for upgraded and fancy so it was good for us!

Practical location. Polite reception staff. Room was clean but smelt musky/smoky. To open/close the door we had to lift the door up. The hotel needs renovations. Very basic. Comfortable bed. Free parking.
