The staff was INCREDIBLE!!! It was like staying with family but still having as much privacy as you want. I called down for breakfast to be delivered to my room every morning and it took on average four minutes… Just really great staff great service great vibe. There were no television stations in English. Everything was in Italian, although maybe that was good and I could disconnect from the crazy world!

Spacious Hotel, easy parking. The room with coming of age carpet was ok, but the spring bed madrases are bad. This really disappoints.

Hotel staff... Stayed for two days. There was loud music in the garden both evenings. The hotel is starting to get old. The beds are uncomfortable.

For my purpose a good location, i'd consider it again. Wifi worked well. Bathroom could be cleaner, also there was a strange smell in the room, but with open door to the terasse it was ok

The staff was very friendly and went out of their way to help us with everything we needed. Great location if you need a place near Ciampino Airport. The soap was in large dispensers. No shampoos.

We booked a room for 3 people that was cramped, outdated and needs attention (old carpet!), electrical outlets were hard to find or hidden behind furniture, no toiletries in the bathroom

Great facilities and amazing staff. Was pleasantly surprised by the quality of it all If you depending on public transport it might be a challenge but its well serves by every ride-hailing platforms.
