Just teh location. The fact that is on the costal road beside that nothing else to be honest. The property is not clean at all. I had lots of cockroaches in my room and in the toilet. I had lot of mold in my room and water leaking constantly from the ceiling. After one night I asked to change the room but after visiting 5 other rooms I had decided to keep my 1st room because they all had the same problems . I initially booked 7 nights at the property but after 3 nights I couldn’t take it anymore I started to get sick because of the mold so I move out and go to the hotel which was 2mn aways whcih was more high standard and actually even less expensive. And the food was not super good at all

It was my first time in Freetown, so I do not have a good understandign of the baseline standards for hotels there. But: for almost 160 USD a night I would have expected: better maintained infrastructure, much better breakfast, friendlier personnel. The hotel, which must have opened around 2018 or so accordign ot he informatoin I found, looks laready old and run down. The personnel was quite unhelpful, apart form the manager, who was nice. Service in the restaurant was very slow.

The location The furnitures are old and broken
-
Wifi, TV access, being harassed for money as soon as I stepped out of the hotel door (both days). Bathroom shower had mold in the caulking. A member of the staff attempted to enter my room at 7 am although the door was locked (he knew was up to something). Location is in severe need of updating.

The location. Had to be moved 3 times , either the ceiling had meldew from old leaks , or A/C not getting cool enough, or some of the lights not working in the room and saw couple roaches in all the rooms we were moved to. Bad.

Very poor not suitable for all people westerners more than others. Choice of food available was not very nice at all one of the cooks was very bad could not even cook French fries had to send mine back 3 times he sent out old fries reheated after the second time told the server to tell him to cook fresh new chips only to have them reheated again, so I said to the server does he want me to come and show him what to do. 4 time fresh chips he came out later and I pulled him over gave him a nice friendly talking to and he started laughing about it I told him its not funny and he apologized. I said yes typical .............. nationality trying to save on product at my expense not going to happen with me mate.

The timely booking of Sea Coast Cpach for the trip between Luingi and Freetown. I left the hotel at 3am, and the Sea Coach was there to pick me up. I was impressed with the hotel or Booking.com services in this aspect. Was my first time in S/Leone, so I was apprehensive about the booking but it came out well. My flight back to Lagos was 8.15 am 1. The cable TV in my room dis work, so I was disappointed I couldn't watch PSG vs Tottenham Hotspur. 2. A rat died inside the elevator - and gave the hotel a bad image.

location and view of the ocean poor customer service and the breakfast is not great. The pictures on the internet are exaggerated than what is on ground. Definitely not worth the price.
