Excellent condition of facilities. Staff were wonderful

We had a great stay at this hotel and all the staff was very kind and helpful.

It is in a beautiful quiet location surrounded by cornfields and mountains. The bus stop into Salzburg is just a short walk away. Breakfast is lovely with plenty of choice. The only negative was that there was no kettle in the room to make tea or coffee.

The room was comfy and clean, well equipped. They had a huge selection for breakfast. (Like, for REAL! They even had salmon!!!) Finding the carpark was a bit tricky as the navi wanted to tell me to drive through the bicycle road first, then as I turned back, it showed me to drive through the garden...

This is a wonderful hotel in a quiet location with the most amazing views of the surrounding mountains. We flew into Salzburg and hired a car to drive the 20 minutes to the hotel. The drive was easy and the views were stunning. The hotel is walking distance to Freilassing train station too. The location was perfect for driving through the mountains to visit Berchtesgaden, the Eagle's Nest and Lake Koniggsee, all of which we saw in 1 day. We were given a very warm welcome on arrival and were informed that the restaurant was still open for dinner. The restaurant needs it's own review because it was one of the best meals we had on our trip! The room was the biggest and most functional room we had throughout Europe. There was loads of storage, a nice hot shower of a decent size and a very comfortable bed. Breakfast was included with the room and had the most amazing variety on offer. I wouldn't change a thing.

The hotel is lovely, the room and the bathroom are clean, the bed is very comfortable. The staff is kindly and helpful. There is free parking place and a direct public transport connection to Salzburg. The breakfast is great. The check-in and check-out is easy and fast. -

The hotel is in Freilassing, but is convenient to Salzburg by local bus. It has many outdoor seating areas, as well as an indoor lounge which guests can enjoy. The rooms are well appointed and have good storage. There is a beautiful outdoor eating area with friendly service and outstanding meals. The breakfast room is amazing with many options and the attention to detail in presentation is one of the best we have seen in our travels in Germany. Laundry service is available on request. The hosts and staff are friendly and guests are treated as an extension of their family. Thank you for a very special and memorable stay! We will be back. Everything was wonderful! Nothing negative at all.

It is very nice small hotel in peaceful small village 15 minutes away of Salzburg. Staff are very friendly, rooms are confortable and clean. Breakfast is perfect! Highly recommend. I will be back for sure. Everything was perfect, nothing to complain

breakfast was a treat. the presentation was unique. Weck preserve jars were used to contain fresh fruit, freshly prepared scrambled eggs. there was nothing i could have wanted that wasn't already there i can honestly say there was not one thing i did not like

Great location to see Salzburg and Berchtesgaden ( eagle nest ). The reception was really helpful and gave precise guidance to take Train and Bus for Salzburg. Even though we came early unexpectedly, room was given immediately. Breakfast is amazing with homemade granola and jams. The beds were not that comfortable especially after long drive but could be upgraded.

Helpful staff, very comfortable bed. Reasonably quick/easy/cheap access to Salzburg on the train. Excellent buffet breakfast.
