Very good value for money. Very nice stuff and nice and rich breakfast 1) Water was not that hot and flow of water was not very persistent but it is pretty common in whole Georgia 2) Entrance front of the hotel needs renovation as it seems stuck in the mid 80’s and has a lot of random parking cars 3) Pool is shared with other hotels and actually open to the street which means anyone can enter the pool with no visible supervision or security which is quite uncomfortable and concerning.

Location is 2 min walk from the beach front. WIFI is terrible. No drink water bottles. Sea view is NOT real; they provided a room with balacony but you have to go to the edge and lean body outside to bearly see the sea.

I was there for just one night, but the room is very good, everything is clean, new and very stylish indeed. Price is also good for the quality. Overall, excellent hotel.

The room was supposed to be a disabled guest room but In reality the bathroom had no toilet and shower rails.

Clean and quiet . The staff is very generous. Free coffee and water all the time. Too much colors. Felt like it was a kindergarten. But this is personal perspective.. others might enjoy it

The hotel is ok, the stuff are kind but not helpful. Marima, is so kind and helpful and she tried to make us satisfied all the time during our staying. There was no room service available, which was quite disappointing. Moreover, the overall service quality was poor and did not meet our expectations. One major issue was with the laundry service. We submitted our clothes with the expectation that they would be ready by the next morning, as promised. Unfortunately, the laundry was not completed until after 4 PM, which caused a significant inconvenience to our plans. We were understandably upset by this delay, and we believe we should not have been charged for the service. However, when we raised the issue, our request to waive the charge was refused, which added to our frustration. We hope you take this feedback seriously and address these service shortcomings to improve the experience for future guests.

The location can't be better. It's facing the sea and extremely close to a beautiful promenade. The room was very clean and super convenient. For the first time I had a double room with 1.5 bathrooms. The staff was very professional and courteous.

A wonderful hotel with modern design and a cozy atmosphere. The rooms are spacious, clean, and equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The staff is very friendly and always ready to assist. Breakfast is varied and delicious, with a wide selection of dishes. The hotel's location is simply perfect: within walking distance of the beach and the city's main attractions. A special thanks for the free Wi-Fi and convenient parking. We were very satisfied and will definitely come back again!
