The location was perfect and the amenities were great. The hotel restaurants is absolutely amazing! There was a cigaret smell in our non smoking room on the first night but it disappeared in the morning. Other than that, the rest was great.

The Mt Fugi views were awsome. Breakfasts were just so-so.

Great location with great Mt. Fuji view rooms. Easy walk to nearby stores, restaurants and the busy and crowded Kawaguchiko bus station. We chose this hotel especially for its Mt. Fuji view rooms. The nearby Kawaguchiko bus station was too crowded and busy for me (May 17-19, 2026). In the future, I will probably choose a hotel near a different bus station.

The location is really great. The view from the room is amazing. The room size is decent but full of amenities and shower is good We did not drive so need to catch a blue line bus which it is limited but we can catch a taxi with around 1500 yen to the station.

Great location. It’s so convenient with convenience stores, malls, and restaurants nearby. The room was clean, and the Fuji view was absolutely stunning. Having stayed at three different hotels during this trip, the reception service here was unfortunately the most disappointing. The front desk staff weren't as helpful and friendly as they should when compared with other hotels in our trip. On a positive note, the cafeteria staff and housekeeping were wonderful and provided great service.

This place is amazing! If you’re on the fence, let this convince you!! I had a Fuji view room and the views were STUNNING!!! I only stayed for two nights and the price was great!!! Don’t forget to check out the public baths while you’re there too!
