Good location. Nice view of Fuji from the balcony. The bed and pillows were terrible.

The room had a lot of space Honestly the second I walked in I didn’t really like the vibe and it smelled bad when I walked into my room it smelled like straight up like a damp smell I also feel like they could’ve cleaned the balcony better not only that but I had dropped something under the bed and when I picked it up it was dirty under the bed overall I didn’t really like my stay there wasn’t terrible but not good either

The room is well designed and size is just right for us. The Mountain View facing the window is beautiful and out in the balcony one can see clearly mt Fuji on the right. N/a

Super close to everything. The hotel has view to Fuji and it was wonderful take thousand of photos in front of the hotel. Staff were super polite and helpful.

Relatively big room with enough space for luggage. Nice Fuji view from the corridor. Walking distance from the train station. Room cleaning according to personal wishes. Breakfast was the same every day - no variations. Reception was supposed to be all electronic, but practically manually assisted making the processes quite inefficient.

Staff is very friendly, and the location is brilliant! The Avenue where the hotel is located is beautiful..you’ll have a lovely walk to the hotel looking at the Mt Fuji.. it’s an amazing view. The hotel it’s a bit outdated, it would be nice if they could have some rooms refurbished, so we could choose when booking, for example.

This was my 2nd time staying there. The staffs are kind, provide good breakfast, good location to view Mt. Fuji Has a little distance to/from the train station. But it’s just ~15-min walk, not too bad

We were pleasantly surprised to find that our room had a balcony, and from it we could even see Mount Fuji. The room was quite spacious by Japanese standards. There was even a closet — such a wow factor! None of the hotels we stayed at in Japan had a closet before. We absolutely loved it.

They advertise shuttle to train station from 1500 to 1800 but when I requested shuttle to take me to the tran at 1537 they said there was none and called me a taxi.
