Upon arrival our host showed us to our room and gave us a map showing us where we could walk for dinner which was very helpful. The location puts you right between Mt Fuji and Lake Kawaguchi. We walked to the lake 2x and saw beautiful birds, flowers and views of Mt Fuji. You can also walk just next door to the Family Mart and see Mt Fuji through the power lines. Our room was downstairs without a view but it did have a roomy shower with separate toilet and even a little kitchen area. The table area sat all 4 of us to play card games in the evening which was nice and then we each had our own bed. You can hear the people above you but they were quite considerate.

Quick check in procedure. Gave a feel of a traditional Japanese inn No flexibility at all for a late check out. The response when asked was pretty rude. Maybe it's a cultural thing and he did not mean it rudely but it did come across as rude

The place was very clean and very spacious. Fantastic location as it was close to the famous Lawsons, a very short walk from Kawaguchiko Station, and various restaurants. Would recommend.

No complaints at all. We enjoyed our stay @ Jinya Fujikawaguchiko. If we visit Kawaguchiko, if available, we will stay there again. Big room with 3 twin beds, some kitchen facilities, dining table, separate shower & toilet, sandals, pajamas, kettle, umbrellas -- everything was there. Nothing

The hospitality at JINYA was exceptional! Everything was great. The room was clean, spacious, and stocked with amenities. Additionally, the location was great, approximately 2 minutes from the nearest convenience store and a short walk to Kawaguchiko station. I would highly recommend this stay.

Spacious room conveniently located, all the amenities you can think of for the weekend are already provided in the room. Great for weekend stays. The smell of room at check in was bad but after switching on the a/c it improves.

From perfect location right next to the station with immaculate view and really well spaced room, beautiful, neat and has all ammenities. Additionally the host was extremely friendly and made the entire stay even more memorable. Perfect for 4 adults
