second, the view from the rooftop is so so pretty. you can actually see the mount fuji right in front of you. third, free coffee and bikes? this is beyond my expectations. last but not least, staff were the friendliest i’ve met. they were so polite and kind. thank you for such a wonderful experience ? lowkey nothing

Bed is comfy. Clean. Staffs are friendly. Rooftop has great view on nice day. Free snacks, coffee and tea. Plus free bike to use (mostly available). Very flexible. Great location. Partition of cubical seems thin. Co-ed dorm is not ideal but I know what I expect). if big bus(?) or truck pass by the front road i can feel shake on the building.

I like that they have free coffee and snacks. They also provided bicycle and umbrella. There is no elevator but it’s ok. There is no heater outside our room so it’s a bit cold when we go out to use shared bathroom.

The location was perfect!!!! You can see the Mount Fuji clearly from the guest house . It was more closer and prettier than any view point!!!

Location was amazing and the bed was more comfortable than many of the nicer places I stayed at. Free snacks and plenty of free bicycles to explore the town. Definitely staying here again next time! Nothing comes to mind.

It seemed like there was only one 'sitting' toilet for men, which isn't ideal if more than one person has to sit at a time.

Nearly perfect Good location Brilliant view Plenty of free item( Snacks, Tea, Ear plugs, Masks, Lantern for the third floor, bikes etc.) Nice price It is the best hostel I’ve even been to. The only thing I would say is the wooden ladder of the mixed dormitory. It’s kinda sharp and always hit my feet when I walk down. Probably adding some soft cover will help!

Very clean, feeling fresh, have bike to access with commute in the area, staff very friendly, dome bed section blocked out noice quite well, roof top view to Mt Fuji was amazing, 10 min walk to the train station, nice and quiet.

We stayed in the SUPERIOR twin room and it was spacious and comfortable. Pros: free snacks, coffee and tea, very accessible to kawaguchiko station and restaurants, free use of bike and very kind and generous staff. Since it was raining on our check out the staff gave us 2 umbrellas to use. Yes not lend, he gave it for free and we are grateful. Thank you again Cons: if you are icky on sharing toilet and bath but must say it is well kept and clean the whole time it was only that you have to adjust on bath time since there are 2 showers for the guests

Everything was amazing. Friendly staff, clean and well equipped. The weather was bad and rained, but there were free shoe dryers!
